The Hilltop Restaurant

Spent the night at the steele resort last night and stopped by the hilltop restaurant for some dinner, I am quite satisfied that we did as it was excellent. Being a Monday night it was quiet around 630, regardless the staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. I ordered some chicken tenders tossed in golden bbq sauce with fries on the side and my friend ordered salmon, with some mixed vegetables and sweet potato fries. Everything was delectable and whatever seasoning they had on both fries was absolutely amazing! First time here and won't be the last! Looking forward to another great meal in the future!

We had the clam chowder and garden salad for starters. Then their meatlovers pizza. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended!!

The baked haddock was so good, I had it twice while we stayed at Steele Hill Resort! Fresh green beans sauteed in butter and fresh garlic 😋. I opted for double veg instead of veg and rice. They don't do breakfast during the week, but there are plenty of spots to get it just 10-15 minutes away.
Lunch on our second day was light: French Onion soup and a salad. Very filling for me. Our second dinner, we got dessert and brought it back to our condo. Everything was delicious!

We went here for Labor day weekend. The service was excellent and great at accommodating my wife with allergies. On Saturday we got the breakfast close to the time it ends which is at 11 AM but we were able to enjoy our meal and the view on the deck. Dinner Saturday and Sunday was great cooked to perfection and quick. I highly recommend the cheesecake. The buffet for breakfast had a lot of great selections. Overall we'd come back instead driving elsewhere and run the risk of a high wait time.

The views provide the perfect backdrop for a romantic meal or a great time with good friends. The food is fabulous, and the staff is friendly and professional. More than a great meal. This is a great experience.

Great restaurants inside of Steele Hill Resort. We spent the week here and enjoyed Hilltop multiple times. The bar is great, the restaurant is fast and tasty and they even deliver down to the hot tub with a tiny delivery fee. The menu is very large and they have tasty specials as well.

Great atmosphere and amazing service. The wait was a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait!

Surprisingly pleasant and the food was really good! We were staying at the resort and weren't expecting much based on previous reviews, but we really enjoyed this place more than expected. Wait staff was kind and attentive and everything we got for food was excellent. Worth a try!

Beautiful view, good food and great service!

Not only did they accommodate my food restrictions they cooked everything perfectly. Crunchy not over done veggies and medium rare steak tips. Waiter was very attentive and personable. Definitely will eat there again!

Sam was great and made the most amazing surf and turf. I skipped the Pasta and Alfredo sauce and went went double veggies. Presentation was superb and the taste was even better. She nailed my medium rare and I left a happy man!!

PS my friend got the brick Oven meatball and sausage pizza and it was legit!! Don’t let previous reviews fool you, there’s a new Sheriff in town and her name is Sam!!

I have eaten at the Hilltop three times. The food and service was excellent. The bartender Chris was a great host who knows how to pour a drink. You get what you pay for. Can't wait to go back this week for the prime rib special. Great food and service for a fair price.

We had a delicious pizza! The best we can ever recall! In total we had three pizzas at different times during our stay. Everyone was delicious!

Immediate and prompt service. Had two meals here so far. One was a Chicken Caesar wrap with onion rings. I got two meals out that! SAHWEEET! 2nd one was the Hillop burger with sweet potato fries. Cooked to perfection! Waitress came back to make sure it was! That's service! This one I'm eating the whole thing...

Outstanding pub food in the bar. Friendly staff and customers, drinks were delicious and imaginative.

Looking forward to returning.

The service was a little slow and the servers were not aware of the specials being served, but overall a very nice place to eat and the food was amazing.
