Quiet, well-maintained property. Office staff and maintenance staff are courteous and friendly. My apartment has the comforts of home and suits my current needs. I'm happy here and plan to stay until I buy a house again. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We have been absolutely fortunate in having found Parke Place Townhomes. We were relocating from out of state and couldn't be happier with the experience. The homes are everything we needed. It's close to all the amenities you could need in a family friendly complex. The management staff have been amazing to deal with and we have never come across a more welcoming group. If we were staying in NH we would absolutely stay here. But as we are leaving the state we will definitely miss this home. I would highly recommend Parke Place to anyone.

I notice when people comment about the high cost of heat, there's no explanation. These homes aren't insulated. You can feel the draft from the windows, doors, vents. From the dishwasher and fridge.

Live here. It's right near all the shopping centers you will ever need and close to the highway for your commute to work if you travel to the cities, yet quite and friendly atmosphere.

Updated. We have now lived here for 4 years and when you weigh the pros and cons of the complex you need to conclude that is a great place to live for many reasons.

1. Staff is always willing to help.
2. Maintenance is always prompt and really tries to help you fix your issues. I know the buildings are old and not in perfect shape but they try to keep them updated.
3. The pool is great in the summer.
4. Great dog parks.
5. Close to shopping basically all you need except a mall within a mile and of course close to Hampton & Seabrook beaches.

One thing though the building's do need an exterior refresh paint etc and the field is a waste of space just weeds everywhere. Need a playground or tennis court.

Need 2 assigned spots per unit though.

But if you have a chance to live in Seabrook go make Park Place your home.😁

Pros: friendly staff, quite, little backyard, dog park and pool on site. Cons: electric heat and stove, rent is too damned high

i lived here many years ago. 1993. i know since many upgrades have been made. still my highest rent was 550 a month. even with all the renovations i dont think it justifies 2700 a month not sure who can afford that. sounds more like price gouging to me but its like that everywhere in the area. its too bad. i grew up in the area and nothing i can think of justifies the astromnomical prices. just my opinion.

My husband and I recently lived here for 3 years.

Pros: Sonia is an extremely kind person and so are the maintenance guys. Seabrook is developing fast and this location puts you right by shops and food. They are very pet friendly. We had cats and they always were very cautious of the cats leaving the apt whenever they needed to come in the apt. If you have dogs, then it would be great too as they have a few leash free areas. They provide trash can and bags too where there is green space to clean up after your dog. They are very strict on cleaning up after your pets and I never saw or stepped in poop in the yard - which was such a relief. The pool area is nice. The neighborhood is pretty quite, even being next to a highway. The bedroom was very spacious with two closets.

Cons: We moved from out of state... The website said they were "luxury" apts and the photos were pretty. These are no where near luxury and the photos are highly touched up. Paint on the walls is sticky, has a billion layers, drip marks everywhere. The new carpet they installed before we moved in never stopped shedding crazy amount of carpet when sweeping. Very cheap carpet. Downstairs ceilings were sagging for some reason. Bedroom light switch is outside the door, not inside. Spare room light switch didn't work and they didn't fix it. Water is extremely hard. Kitchen doesn't have a lot of storage. Parking lot flooded a lot and there was never a solution for it. I saw many cars with water up to the top of their tires. Heating costs were astronomical. There were cracks between doors so you could feel the breeze coming through. $500 heating bill in one month during the winter. Also during the winter when the heat was going, the "mysterious" smoke smell came back. Smelled like someone was smoking inside the house. No fix for that. The bathroom tub needed replaced, but they keep "repainting" it. The bathroom downstairs is jammed packed with a toilet, sink and two tiny tiny washer and dryers. For the equivalent of one full sized load of laundry, you had do 2.5 loads with these. Our apt flooded multiple times. The one really bad time was when the water heater blew... which in the process of fixing it exposed the mold issues throughout the bottom bathroom and kitchen. They had to get the mold removed by professionals. (I had been complaining of a nasty smell from the laundry room since we moved in...) Still to this day I believe my health was extremely affected due to living here. My allergies got worse and I ended up with pansinusitis while living there. About a year and half after our water heater blew, our neighbors blew, which also flooded our apt again. All the other times our apt flooded, it was because the sewage drain pipe was backing up. Apparently due to roots growing into it under the kitchen floor. They wouldn't fix this due to the costs, but said they'd do preventative scoping of the pipes every few months to prevent this from happening.... I don't think they really did the preventative work.

I hate being so negative about this, but I don't think I would be doing any future residents a service. I wish someone would have warned us about moving there. Would never live there again.
