Metro by T-Mobile

Janean was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and helpful to both myself and my husband who were new to T-Mobile and she made sure to get us the best deal and the best plan for what our needs were and for the lowest price possible. She made the process extremely easy and seamless while at the same time having to answer phone calls and help other employees with questions. She never made us feel like we weren't important and was able to multitask and take care of us as well as her store in a manner where we still felt like we were the most important and at the top of her priority list. We have a very nice conversation on top of it as we actually grew up in the same area so that added to a very nice experience where we were able to talk about things from back home that brought up good memories and it was just a nice connection that made the experience even that much more pleasurable and you felt like you were dealing with a friend who was helping you. I would recommend Janean's store to anyone who needs a new phone or is looking to switch carriers. She absolutely knows what she's doing 110% it does whatever you can to help the customer achieve what they are looking for and getting them the best price at the same time. I would absolutely drive back to her store for help and that's roughly an hour and 15 minutes drive and it would still be worth it because I know he would be able to help and if she didn't know then she would know who to call and I know she would go the extra mile to do whatever needed to be done to help me. She is that wonderful and knowledgeable. T-Mobile is very lucky to have her I can only imagine that many if not all customers that go to her store have the same type of experience as my husband and myself has.

Kind, friendly, genuine, very ready and armed to assist me in purchasing my new phone and opening a new line. She was very personal courteous and knowledgeable on the products she's selling for the company. My best friend is going down to buy a phone from her tonight!

I have claimed for the past 25 years that there is no customer service left in businesses. Today, I repent from that statement I received the best customer service available in 25 years! Her name is Janine at Metro in Seabrook New Hampshire. I forgot how to spell her name and I apologize to her and everyone else. Her name really is not important, it is her actions. This young lady inherently knows how to repair and fix and rectify problems within not only the cell phone itself but the cell phone service who she works for. What more can someone ask?

I go to Seabrook s Metro by t-mobile. Janeanes costumer service was beyond excellence. She sold and set my service up for me and my 9 year old granddaughter with a new phone and tablet in about an hour.. She was friendly professional and very knowledgeable about the products. This is why I come back to Metro by Tmobile. The price is just write for a single mom with 6 grandkids to make happy this season. The store is clean and comfortable while waiting. She was able to multi-task while helping me. I would recommend this store and Metro to all my friends and family. I'm confident the price She quoted me will be what's on my next prepaid bill with no surprises. And confident if there an issue She will be there to resolve it.
