Mizu Sushi

So I decided to take my family out to dinner and found this place on Google. The service was amazing. The people were so nice and the food in the sushi was fresh and delicious from the sushi to the steak. I was absolutely impressed. My 7-year-old who doesn't eat anything is begging to go back for their shrimp. This place is awesome!

Our family was in town for leaf peeping season, and after a day filled with walking, it was nice to stumble upon this gem. Our party of 17 was able to get seated immediately around 5:30 pm on a Saturday. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. Service was great: food came out quicker than expected - considering that we had a lot to order.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Super fresh, pretty quick and it was busy and we had a blast here. Girls weekend and we loved it.
I arrived on crutches and the staff could not be nicer. My friend made a joke about my crutches being giant chop sticks. It made everyone laugh even the diners next to us.

What a pleasant surprise! I've lived in town for over 4 years and had never visited this sushi restaurant.

My son and granddaughter were in town and she likes sushi so we decided to give it a chance.

It was a wonderful meal and we all enjoyed what we had which was a variety of the tastes of Mizu Sushi.

Definitely on my list of "will return".

What a lovely place. Excellent food. Excellent service. Such a kind staff. I drank an Asian Sangria to start, which was excellent. The gyoza followed by Maki combo C (spicy tuna, spicy salmon, spicy yellow tail all with crunch), and a Godzilla roll. Topped off the evening with fried ice cream. I really look forward to coming back.

Good and service was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sushi was presented very nicely and was fresh and tasty. The miso soup was delicious and we also ordered the plum wine which was superb.

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve eaten here numerous times and the staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is always fantastic. The staff members remember faces as well as food allergies. A great place to go if you have food allergies or are looking for fantastic sushi. By far the best sushi place in Hyde Park.

Came here to celebrate my anniversary after a lovely day touring the Vanderbilt house. We had the homemade dumplings as an appetizer- which was a DIVINE dish. So good that I ordered a second one. The sushi was wonderful as well- they had no rice sushi which was perfect for my diet. The kani salad wasn't my favorite but honestly the meal was wonderful, so I didn't care.

The service was good and it was located in a newly made plaza. If we are ever in town again, we will be back!

Great food, prices are reasonable and service is always friendly and personal. One of our favorites.

So far, this is the best sushi place for miles. Many places may have good fish but do not make the sushi rice properly. Mizu has both the best sushi rice and fish. Even the salad dressing is better than the other local sushi places. The Yaki Udon was also very tasty. Ambiance was relaxed. I will definitely return.

The amount of times I've ordered from Mizu Sushi and never been disappointed about anything. The food is always phenomenal and the inside feels really cozy. I would highly recommend. It's the best sushi place within the area.
