A real nice local feed store seems locally owned, very good size, and a lot to choose from. Sure beats driving all the way down to Poughkeepsie. Stop in and check them out.

Convenient and great service! They only stock natural, better- for- your pet foods and products. You won't find Friskies or Alpo here. Jordan and Elaine are always available to assist you with recommendations or carry-out. I'm so glad Feeds Plus is here in HP!

I invested a lot of time finding the best place to purchase pet supplies in this area and the Feed Plus is by far and away the best choice every time. The pricing is the best available in the area and much better than available online, the range of products is incredible, the products are always clean and well maintained even the cracked corn (everyplace else in the area keeps selling me spoiled cracked corn) and best of all everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and professional. I go to Feeds Plus for my cat's food and a large bag of litter. I am greeted nicely every time I walk in. Both the woman and the male employee offer to and have carried my items to the counter AND THEN to my car (during my whole pregnancy and now even 9 months later when I am carrying my daughter) - I just cannot thank them enough. This is why I will always shop here. Great employees are hard to find!

Small store with abundance of quality products. I found this gem by being in the plaza. All of the staff in the two times I have visited are extremely welcoming. They are dog people. I actually feel a relief to bring my puppy in a store where no one is annoyed by his need of attention. He gets super excited in the store. Everything is eye level for him. Which is good because he can pick out his own stuff. With just a quick browse, I noticed the stocked products are thought out. Most of the brands and ingredients were good quality. I found their prices were comparable to chain stores. My puppy Luke is four months old and a black lab. This is the first time I found leather toys. The natural material has been great for him to chew and it has lasted.

Great pet store and a Hyde Park gem! Always friendly and they build a relationship with you and your pet. They have a great variety and try to make sure they always have what you need. On top of it all, you also get a free bag of food for every 10 you buy. My dog looks forward to going as much as I do. Highly recommend this great local store!

They are great here. The ladies are very helpful. I have a very picky cat that I was able to find a good that he enjoys and healthy for him. However they have a small section for birds and not equipped with the right food for my green cheek conure. They are more than happy to see if they can get it in though. Wish they offered more for pet birds. But over all great place, wonderful staff and reasonable prices.
I am a regular customer here and still love them. their bird section is coming along nicely and I'm so happy to see that they are always willing to try to get whatever I want. I continue to recommend this local store. this is one place that they're customer service is always top notch and I love them for that.

Animal friendly, specific feeds for pets and wildlife.Creative goodies (I ate a puppy carob Oreo-style. cookie...more than once they are good)My hamsters were very happy when ever I bought toys,food or environment necessities for them.
