Burger King

Let's be honest. Burger King has the best fast food product, but the worst run stores. Not true at this location! I was a professional cook for many years and I enjoy watching this well run team work. Their clear and constant communication really pays off. I have been to this location a few times and always find it clean, bright, and well stocked.Thanks for being pleasant, professional and dependable.

Amanda was great taking care of me today. Got me my doordash order fast so I had to come back and order some food for me and the boys!

Came in at lunch rush and the enthusiasm and motivation this team has is amazing. I'm assuming her name is Amanda the manager but she's friendly and upbeat and a on top of her game. Good job burger King of cortland

I don't often eat at burger king, but I was amazed at how clean this store was, how fresh and hot the food tasted, and how professional the employees were. Usually only chic fil a has such a pleasant dining experience.
Kudos to the team working and managing this restaurant

Went thru drive thru around lunch time the other day didn't have to wait, got everything right too and they were very polite everything was great thanks so much!!

Food as expected, the staff are friendly and on top of there work. Music plays softly in background easy to hold conversation .

Food is fresh and tasty, staff is really nice, and it has a small corner for kids to draw & read. Will be back!

Amanda, the manager, and all the staff were phenomenal!!! In NJ, where I live, quality workers are non-existent. I was so grateful to have found a fast-food restaurant that cares about quality, service, and the needs of their customers. TY

It is awesome to see customer service is still alive. The Older lady was Friendly, and showed us a better way to order our meals, that saved us a little bit. But it is also great to see a staff3 that cared about the job they where doing. The service was quick, and the food was good.

Great service and the food is always fresh. The burger king in cortland is the cleanest fast food restaurant in the area in my opinion. The manger Amanda in there is really nice and always caters to my requests. She's extremely friendly and energetic. This Burger King is really good on a continuous basis. On 1-7-23 I went there at 11:30am and I had a long list of food with special requests for the food and each sandwich was made perfect. Thank you

I just ate inside and was really impressed with the BK staff’s communication. They have a quick turnover rate and make what the customers ask for. Easily one of the best fast food restaurant experiences I’ve had. It was pretty cool to see/hear them working more like a team rather than just coworkers. They were also encouraging each other. Didn’t see one worker on their phone…that’s above and beyond the service you pay for when you go to a fast food joint. IMO this location and employees should be recognized/rewarded by corporate management at some point

I go here a lot. I absolutely feel like the staff work hard. It's not an environment where you have one person yelling at everybody even though that's typical with fast food. They work together well. They have good communication.

When there's a lot of people, they really do a great job at keeping things moving.

Though not specific to this Burger King, the mobile app deals available absolutely trounce what other chains like Wendy's or McDonald's offer for their mobile orders.

It is fast food. They do very often give me a bag instead of a tray when I want to eat in. Sometimes when they're really busy, the fountain drinks aren't stocked and you'll end up with a bitter drink. Occasionally they get an order wrong. These are all issues that I've encountered at other fast food restaurants. It's not exclusive to this Burger King. These things are just going to happen.

Overall though, they do a fantastic job, and I really appreciate the work that they put in here Great people!

Food is good as always, but the manager tonight clearly had his hands full (I’m guessing someone called out) but I’ve never seen a manager in fast food treat his employees so well, very professionally, and have things completely under control, as the manager did tonight.

The kid over the speaker was phenomenal, very polite and full of energy. The staff always seems to be having a good time. The food was hot and out very quickly, everything was made correctly. The best service I've gotten in Cortland

Just stopped in to grab some lunch and from the counter person to the lady that got my order together were very pleasant and peppy. Great personality’s and great atmosphere will definitely come back again. Food was also fresh and hot.

Service was excellent.we We dined in (my daughter have been doing drive thru here for a long time) and our order was processed quickly and the staff got it perfect!! The dining are was clean and staff was super nice. 10/10 will be there again!

Great workers and great food! If you have the app, you can get really good deals too.
