We have worked with Steve Greenblatt on a number of occasions over many years and give him our highest possible recommendation. Steve is a true professional. The depth of his knowledge, by way of experience, and his ability to access pertinent information is first-rate and never ceases to impress. We have worked together on a wide range of matters, from commercial supply and intellectual property rights agreements to general corporate and regulatory matters, Steve is always our first contact. He’s prompt, time-efficient and very accessible. I simply cannot say enough about how effective Steve has been on our behalf.

Steve Greenblatt has performed several real estate closings for me.
He also help my family members out of legacy and law situations that no one else would help us with. He made issues go away through his education, experience and efforts reaching out to people who he has professional contacts with.
I fell at ease and grateful that Steve is there!

Over the past decade, I have engaged Steve Greenblatt's expertise to help me navigate the legal process regarding real estate transactions, contract design, and employment related matters. In every instance, Steve was patient, thorough, and thoughtful. He helped to shape my understanding and set my mind at ease with topics that were unfamiliar to me, and opened my eyes to strategies that I would not have otherwise been aware of. Thank you, Steve.

Our family has sought Steve’s legal counsel on several occasions. Each time, I was impressed with his ability to see around corners - identifying implications we would not have. He took a lot of time to understand our issues and provide thorough counsel. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone in need of legal advice!

Having worked with my share of lawyers over the years I am comfortable saying that Mr. Greenblatt is (easily) a step above the rest. I have used him multiple times to handle a number of different legal needs and in every instance Mr. Greenblatt has not only been attentive and professional but his advice and execution of my legal needs has been of the highest quality. I would, and continue to use Mr. Greenblatt and would recommend him (and have) to anyone looking for professional and knowledgable legal representation or advice.

Openly supports racist and discriminatory housing organizations and continuously lies to meet malicious goals. Mr GreenBlatt has had several complaints of misconduct. And has been terrible representation. I write this as an anonymous client to avoid retaliatory comments and release of my personal information that he uses to protect himself from the reality of his actions

Edit: I’ve never posted. Mr GreenBlatt is a fraud incapable of taking responsibility of his actions

If you’d like to hire the worst attorney I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with, hire Mr. Greenblatt. After having the “pleasure” of speaking with him I was told to “shut up and get to the point.” I attempted to explain how I have proof of his landlords he represents retaliating multiple times against an individual with a rare autoimmune disease who is on chemotherapy. Yet, Mr. Greenblatt decided it was in his best interest to tell and scream like a child. If they extend the date or allow immunocompromised individuals to stay in the apartments out of safety, you have my word May 1st will not happen. Considering your landlords tried to evict me three times during the safe harbor act and there’s a lack of certified mail each month, this case is a loser. Good luck trying to backtrack all the terrible luck they put on this case. Further, if you knew the case you’d know they retaliated by including my father as an applicant. You wrote this in the ledger - thank you for the extra retaliation lawsuit and proving it WAS retaliation. Maybe you should brush up on case law.

Edited due to terrible response: Law School Graduate with a Juris Doctorate who earned a scholarship due to grades after first year. I have the same education as the attorney. I have interned five years of my life away - paid - because I was good enough to receive them.

The exchange would not have been the same “if I had hired an attorney”. Mr. Greenblatt failed to mention prior to his joining - this case was dismissed multiple times by me. You don’t get a case dismissed against a paid, experienced property attorney without being able to put yourself in the shoes of one. Poor choice of words and I guess I’ll publish this now. Furthermore - there was no dispute nor argument with opposing counsel. In fact counsel complimented me on my demeanor and I complimented him on his candor. Ironic how one attorney acted professional and the other (Mr. Greenblatt) did not.

To update after the review, Mr. Greenblatt said he would “contact his friend at the District Attorney’s office . . .” after I said his conduct was poor among other things. He claimed multiple false crimes he would bring forth “through his friend at the district attorney’s office.”

This case has been referred to the NYSBA - the bar association due to his poor conduct. I have all the proof in the world as he was stupid enough to write this in a signed and emailed document. I have never met a more unprofessional, small-minded child like lawyer in my life. I am your opposing counsel. Yet you chose to demean me once again and leave out facts. If you’re a corporation who wants a cheap lawyer take Mr. Greenblatt. I’ve met bad lawyers and have experience because they have an inability to hold their mind together for a five minute phone call.

Do you want to talk about the email using your “friend at the district attorney office to prosecute me”?

For the record, clarifying I’m not your attorney is pretty redundant since it’s stated here clearly. When someone says “his landlords” this indicates he is representing the landlord. No where does it indicate otherwise. I’d self-represent myself over taking Mr. Greenblatt as once again proved by a poorly written response. One that willingly leaves out facts - something a good lawyer will not do. He chose to pass the blame on and say “it wouldn’t occur if I hadn’t been too sick on chemo to take the bar exam.” Good luck with that argument counselor. My favorite part is you including my name in here. That was extremely professional! Remind me to write an addendum to the Bar.

Second Edit: All of the above can be posted on the internet for all to see. I'll post the entire e-mails. Nothing written here has been altered except the edit. Best of luck with your "business".

If you want an attorney that proceeds with a wrongful eviction the CDC states "ATTN LANDLORDS: Thank you for your compliance. If you violate the CDC’s eviction Order, you and/or your business may be subject to criminal penalties, including fines and a term of imprisonment" please go with Greenblatt.
