I was in from Tennessee visiting my elderly uncle. I stopped by for coffee and got a blueberry muffin. Everything was delicious!! I noticed their homemade cakes and pies while I was there.
That night, my uncle mentioned that he would like some apple pie, so I instantly thought of the delicious looking pies I saw earlier that day.
The next morning, I went by to get 3 slices of apple pie. I was served by Alena and Christina. They informed me that the whole pie wasn't much more, so I bought the whole pie! Both ladies were so kind and helpful. I left that evening to go back to TN, so I couldn't tell Alena that the pie she made the day before was to die for!! This will definitely be my regular stop every time I am in Hamburg!
Highly recommended!!

We stopped here for breakfast passing through the town. Great coffee collection and excellent house blend. Western omelette was delicious. Veg panini, soup and chicken soup tasted excellent. Great atmosphere and service. Gem of a place and highly recommend.

Lovely, lovely place! The one girl working had suggested a cherry mocha iced coffee drink. It was so good. Place has great food and beverages and lots of spots to sit. It’s a really cozy and comfortable cafe. I highly recommend this place.

Charming local coffee shop, restaurant and gift shop located in the village of Hamburg, open since 1997. Comfort zone is just that, a place to come for delicious coffee, tea and comfort food.

I met a friend for lunch and was delighted. In the past I have come through here quickly just for a coffee or tea. I ordered the grilled cheese with Brie, raspberry and walnuts which came with a side salad. My sandwich was huge, delicious and something different. The Brie was perfectly melted, the raspberry jam was a sweet contrast to the cheese and the walnuts were soft and added some texture to the sandwich. The side salad was pretty large and the home made dressing options offered something for every palette. My friend ordered the sun-sation salad with smoked salmon. It was a generous portion with fresh ingredients and she was very happy with her choice. Other menu items include soups, wraps, paninis, desserts, pastries and Paula’s donuts. I have enjoyed their coffees and teas in the past. Tons of options for every diet and taste.

In addition to the food and coffee they offer a soup club, home made popsicles and adorable and unique gifts. I was in need of birthday gift and was easily able to find something here after I finished my lunch.

Sign up for their digital rewards card and earn credit for shopping. I checked in on Yelp and also was awarded $1 off a $10 purchase.

Quick and helpful service. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They have a gluten free and gluten sensitive menu available complete with the option of gluten free bread.

Very nice cafe. Lots of different sandwiches, salads, and soups, with several vegetarian and some vegan options. The sandwiches were quite large and everyone I was with said their food was very good. Large drink selection of coffees, teas, lemonades, iced teas, etc.
Parking on street or in a public lot that is only about a 3 min walk away.

Great food and service. Had the tuna LTM sandwich. The soup was surprisingly great. It seemed to be some sort of lentil/bean soup. The dessert bite was equally amazing.

Can not say enough good things about the soup. It was fresh and savory. Can’t wait to try their other soups.

One of the low key best places in the village. They're soups are some of the best I've ever had and they keep making new ones better than the last. Their custom drinks are truly special as well. Thier food top notch. You can't go wrong stopping by.

I have come here once each year. One thing in common here is absolutely every single thing I have ever purchased is delicious. The spinach spanakopita was nothing less than amazing. Nothing has ever come less than amazing! Thank you for your excellent customer service and joy it brings me and my family when we stop in!

The staff here is wonderful. Both the woman running the front counter were super friendly when explaining the menu changes to me, and made me feel valued. Yes, the food is a little pricey, but it's a local restaurant, what do you expect? They have to make money somehow! They don't have it as easy as big chains do.

The $10 meal deal is a great bargain and the portions are perfect for one person. Best part? The food was delicious!! 👌 This was my first time trying Comfort Zone and I will definitely be coming back!
