Such a nice small business with fair prices and good quality for the item I purchased, super fast shipping, needed a part for my grandma and I ordered it on May 5, they shipped it on May 6th and I recieved it in Ohio on May 9th! They made sure to add cushioning so my part didn't get broken. Will be using them again!

Over a year ago, I purchased the Slimline LED Table Lamp from the Eden store. I'm working with the lamp company as I'm having an issue with it. Before they would really help me, I needed a copy of the receipt. Hey, I'm a quilter. Three credit cards and over a year later, good luck finding that!! So I called the store and because I'd registered with the them, a copy of the receipt popped up in my email in about 2 seconds!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. It really pays to shop at a quality store! I'm definitely shopping here again. I live 3 hours away.

I called looking for an used machine. They had one but she was not near it and would call me back on Wednesday. No telephone call Wednesday so I called at 9:30 am and left a message with my telephone number. Now it's Saturday and no call. Very disappointing with them.

DO NOT take your sewing machine to this business for service. Horrible customer service.
