Applebee's Grill + Bar

I've been here many times over the last couple of years. It's improved tremendously. The manager they've had for the last couple of years has been really making a difference. As well as the staff that have been there a while. The kitchen staff is to be acknowledged as well for the food being delicious and fresh. I really enjoy coming here to dine. I highly recommend it. The only concern I have is with cleanliness. It's not dirty but rather sticky table from possibly too much cleaning product. Which is not the worst. Just a little heads up to the staff to be a little more cautious with. Other than that.. great job!!

The Last time I've been in one of these was the late 80's, and the food reminds me of why.

Wow I’m totally impressed with the outstanding service and attentiveness by our waiter Sheriff. He was a very pleasant young man who was quick and precise with the service. I highly recommend this Applebees location to anyone who’s looking for outstanding service and hospitality.

I love it here it's so awsome I love there flavor in the grill chicken 🤘💯👍. I have tasted the steak is delicious and mashpotato is perfect , savory hamburger are spectacular.nice place to take family and for a romantic dinner with that special ❤🍾 person .

Bartender Danielle is an exceptional professional who excels at serving her patrons with a rockstar level of service. Applebee's in New Roc is a delightful dining experience that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The Manager, Johnathan, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic meal and all of our needs were met. His positive attitude and attentiveness to each customer really made our experience unforgettable.

As for the food, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The appetizers were a great start to the meal, with the spinach and artichoke dip being a standout. The entrees were cooked to perfection, with the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp being a personal favorite. The dessert was the perfect ending to our meal, with the triple chocolate meltdown being a decadent treat that left us wanting more.

Overall, the combination of exceptional service from Johnathan and the delectable food at Applebee's in New Roc has made it one of my favorite dining spots. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding customer service. Well done, Applebee's!

I recently came from the UK on a vacation to NYC, I was suggested by a couple of the locals to try out applebees, that’s when I first ran into one of the cashiers by the name of Adrien, he served me wonderfully and made sure I felt at home, the food was great and experience overall was comforting, I’ll make sure to visit again.

My food is always great and usually arrives in a timely manner. The manager Sabala, is amazing and helps me with my college discounts whenever possible! Love it here.

Our server Sheriff was attentive and sweet. He recommended his favorite sandwich to my husband and he loved it!! Waffle fried are must!!

Dined in yesterday, Brenda was my waitress. She was attentive, kind and gentle with us. Food was great and on time. We had a sangria, L.I.T and piña colada with Malibu. Great bartender and ambience.

It was great! A server by the name of Ashley I think, she was amazing and held it down! Would definitely go back!

Great Menu Selection & Portions.
The Classic Combo. Appetizers is plentiful to start off with & scrumptious. The restaurant decor is awesome with flat screen tv's to view while eating.

I visited here December 22 2023 for my birthday and I was greeted by Destiny who sat me right where my hearts desire it's as if she knew where I wanted to sit there were so many other table place was practically empty and she sat me at a window seat I know then she picked up on whatever I was feeling must be the women's intuition or it Was just God making sure I was good 👍 she saw that the fries were cold and brought me fresh fries 🍟 she's a bartender this day she looked like she was wearing a few hats server bartender and greeter. It was two people working. Andron made sure I had my food as well and that I was ok. Destiny has leadership in her she should be promoted to manager. Job well done 👏 ✔

Loved the service, good food, our waiter Nia was very kind and helpful.

Shareef was super attentive to the table. Glad he took care of us and even checked in a couple times to make sure we weren’t missing anything.

I was very surprised Samantha our server was excellent our food was on time and surprisingly good.our server was very attentive always checking making sure we were good. Excellent job. Our brownies with vanilla ice cream were just right to close the meal.
