I stopped in on July 4th and Joe was so helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. He helped put my new battery in, two filters and my windshield wipers and I really couldn’t thank him enough. The manager on duty was also very nice and if Joe had any questions he was there to help him. I also want to say that I went into Dodge to get a oil change and they let me know I needed all of the above and it was going to cost me $275 more than what AutoZone was charging me so definitely glad I did not allow the dealership to con me into getting the items and again thank you Joe at the Milford Ohio store 😉

The employees tonight were super awesome I just bought a car up in Milford and I'd never drove it yet or anything so we stopped at the AutoZone to check all fluids and everything and had an hour drive back home to Hillsboro everything that I looked for and I needed I was helped and needed a little bit of transmission fluid so I bought some for a good price $2 off of Castrol I did not have a funnel with me so they did allow me to use a transmission funnel also had my dog with me which they allowed me to have in the store and follow me around the two employees were very great I'd recommend that AutoZone to anyone

Was there @2 weeks ago to get a battery for my car I had the best possible senerio your employee Michael helped me install it. He was great! Keep people like him around and you'll keep my business .

Dustin was so helpful and personable. It was so clear to me that he likes helping people. I’m always scared that because I know nothing about cars that someone will take advantage of me and try to sell me something that I don’t need, but Dustin was straightforward and kind. I felt very relieved and was really appreciative of how he went out of his way to help me with a very tricky and labor-intensive battery issue I had. Thanks Dustin!

Went in with a battery issue. The Manager and assistant Chris were beyond helpful and made a stressful process go very smooth. Chris went out his way to assist and install new Battery without me asking. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable when i asked any questions. I felt the need to leave a review bc customer service is becoming more rare these days and when given excellent service, it should be known by the companies higher ups and any future customer considering this shop. Keep up the amazing job guys and appreciate all your help. Definitely recommend doing business with them.

Wasn’t sure if I had an engine problem only or an engine problem as well. Gentleman that helped me was awesome. Ran diagnostics check and checked the battery. Installed the battery quickly and was incredibly pleasant. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

I was having battery problems with my car,so they tested it and determined it was bad. I bought a new battery and they installed right then. Probably only took 15 minutes for everything. Excellent service and competitive prices.

I had a headlight out and knew that I was going to be out late tonight and didn't want to get pulled over. Paige helped me pick out the right bulbs and changes my headlights out for me! I always get excellent customer service here, and never have a problem finding what I need.

We stopped in just a few minutes before closing for a burned out headlight. Mike B was super helpful identifying the right part number and even helped us install it. He then took care of some corrosion on the battery. Can’t beat that kind of customer service!

Stopped in with a problem and talked to Dustin and store manager Bek. Both were extremely helpful, made suggestions and helped me solve the problem in 1/2 the time it would have taken. As more and more stores employ people with no knowledge, helpfulness or resourcefulness, this Milford Auto Zone was absolutely standout. I'm not that old, but feel like it's the olden days...I now have "my store with my guys" who I trust and will rely on with any other auto needs/problems. Of the 4 or so auto parts chains in close proximity, Auto Zone consistently exceeds my expectations. I was trying to return what I thought was a defective piece of excellent equipment,when Bryan assisted me in getting the correct additional equipment, (charging cord) to restore a charger to top form. It was my fault. Bryan got me back on track! Thank you Bryan. Thank you AutoZone!
