I had the pleasure of having your associate Andrew help me today as my ex had spray painted my car and he knew of a product that it worked amazing he is so nice smart and kind I just wanted to share the success story as he should really be commended for his talents advance Auto parts has won my business for life and I definitely will share the story of how he saved me over $500

The store manager, Dan, was so very helpful today in trying to diagnose an issue on my car that was caused from damage at the car wash up the street. He went above and beyond. Thank you!!

They took care of me. I had to go three times to get the right part but that is my fault as well I could have gotten the part number off of the part and had the right one the first time

They had what I wanted and the guy that checked me out was extremely friendly and nice. It makes such a difference when you get great service.

Needed windshield wipers. Nice man got me what I needed and put them on for me. I know other places do the same but he was nice with a little chit chat while he put them on. I stopped at this particular location because it was easy in and easy out.

My go to for Auto parts. Last trip in the sensor I was looking for they did not stock. I was so surprised. They are still a very reliable parts retailer. Way better than O'rilleys hands down

The staff has been friendly and professional the handful of instances I have frequented the establishment. They are always willing to go above and beyond (without having to ask). The overall pricing is reasonable, and ordering online and shipping to the store is seamless. For these reasons, they will continue to earn my business. I highly recommend to others.

Did me well around blizzard time with slipping on some new wiper blades and a battery check, ….with enthusiasm. They asked another guy pulling up if he wanted a check.

Purchased Onyx wiper blade refills 9 months prior and they started chattering. So I called to ask what the warranty period is. Kevin informed me that mine were still in the warranty period. I told him I'd be in shortly and he told me to ask for him and we'd get it figured out. After checking my receipt, he grabbed new blades and we went out into the rain. Kevin replaced both while I sat in the car, and that took care of it. I'm very pleased with the experience; always have been pleased with the service I've received at this store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, which may seem not a big deal, but it's a trend that's slowly dying out. And then asked me if I needed help finding anything and they got me exactly what I need.

Fast, courteous service. As always with Advanced Auto Parts, the staff doesn't treat you differently if you're female. They do they best they can to help you find what you need for you vehicle every time.
