Three Vines Bistro

Went with a group of 10. The service was great- waitress was great. The Buffalo chicken meatball appetizer was terrible - they didn't season the meatball- the only flavor was the sauce. The saving grace were the entrees- absolutely delicious. I got the penne vodka with shrimp. It was SO good. I would defintely recommend and return.

We decided to try Three Vines since we wanted to go someplace new with an out-of-town guest. The whole experience was lovely. Our wait staff helped with our food selection and never made us feel like we were overstaying our welcome.

We started off with the pepper fried calamari, panzanella and Caesar salads. We dove into them so quickly that I didn't get a photo.

Entrees were penne Primavera, linguine with clams, and penne alla Siciliano.

We also had an olive oil cake and fried dough (not sure of the exact names) for dessert.

We stayed for about two hours enjoying the delicious food and great company.

We plan to return to try some other salads and their pizza which looked awesome. Thanks, Three Vines, for such a memorable night!

We just had another delicious meal. Salad, entrees, desserts - lovely. Wait staff went out of their way to help out when our four-year-old guest spilled his gingerale. Although we lingered, we never felt rushed. Delightful evening.

We found this little gem when we had lunch at I love NY Pizza which was nearby. Everything about our experience was great. Sammie was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We had the arrancini for an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the encrusted chicken over angel hair. It was a large portion and was tender and flavorful. I took one cutlet home. My partner had penne pasta with two different meatballs. He loved it. We splurged on tiramisu. It was a huge portion. We wished they had fresh parmesan.
We love eating downtown but it was nice to be away from the crowds. All the staff were friendly and there was a family feel. We will definitely be back.

3 Vines is by far my FAVORITE place for Italian in Saratoga Springs! They have the best pizza but my go-to pasta is the penne Romano. Annie and Joe are wonderful owners, I always look forward to seeing them.

This was our first visit. Everything was top notch! Especially loved the soft background music that made conversation very enjoyable. Highly recommend and we will be returning soon.

Great selection of food, delicious meatballs that I would highly recommend. My only issue was not enough sauce on the eggplant pizza, other than that it was perfect. Great atmosphere, friendly service. Def come here.

Went on a Thursday evening and it was very quiet, waiter was very friendly and attentive and the food I had was excellent. Will definitely be visiting again!

We love coming here for Sunday dinner (or any night really)! Tastes just like grandma's. The food is very good, fresh, and great portions. The wait staff is helpful, courteous, and patient. We take our time to eat and chat and never felt rushed to leave. This is our go-to Italian restaurant in Saratoga! Highly recommend!

Nice relaxing Italian restaurant. Eggplant parmesan was spot on. The tortellini alfred was rich and creamy. Finshed it off with made in house cannolis very good.

My wife and I decided on 3 Vines last minute and we’re completely blown away at how great the food and service were . The fried calamari was the best I’ve ever had and my Osso bucco with polenta was amazing. My wife had eggplant rollatini and the risotto with shrimp which both were excellent! Cappuccino and Tiramisu were a great ending to our 5 star meal!

One of the best kept secrets in Saratoga..About 2 blocks off Broadway near the Embassy Suites..Great Arancini apperizer..Eggplant Rolatini too..Good pasta and specialty is several types of meatbaĺla..Olive oil cake for dessert is very tasty..Menu is very fairly priced too

Penne Ala Vodka SATURATED my TASTEBUDS and BLEW MY MIND. 🤯 Fried Mozzerella was delicious. House bread was FRESH and scrumptious. Entire meal was cooked to perfection and delivered 🔥. My new FAV for Italian. One request. Homeade noodles. Will be back for more.

Had a wonderful birthday meal here with my family. Excellent linguine & clams, fresh bread, great service. They made a pretty great old fashioned too. Everyone left full and happy. Can't believe I waited so long to try it.

Very warm atmosphere, owner chef I believe, well prepared food, the barmaid and service staff were spot on. They offer a variety of meatballs as tapas style plates. The chicken marsala was silky and light which was a pleasant surprise. We have a knew go to place in Saratoga

My experience at 3 vines was spectacular. The staff was lovely and the food was out of this world delicious. My favorite dish is the Penne Romano but you can never go wrong with their variety of tasty pizzas. I hands down recommend 3 vines over any other Italian in Saratoga!!

Ordered the Thanksgiving dinner to go due to covid and just the wife and I for dining. A little apprehensive as the wife cooks turkey moist and tender, does her own stuffing from scratch and was trained by chefs when she was young. Have to say the dinner was superb and the turkey was fully cooked and extremely tender and moist. My wife said the stuffing was superb and she could not top it. Absolutely excellent Thanksgiving dinner and this place will definitely having me trying the Italian entrees on the menu in the future. THANK YOU for a GREAT Thanksgiving dinner.

We ordered take out because of covid and to be honest is was the BEST and most fresh take out we have had all quarantine! Nothing had that “delivery time” sogginess, the fried mozzarella was so fresh and the pizza was as crispy as If it had come right from the oven! We were very very pleased and satisfied with everything and will for sure order again many times!

I have been to Three Vines twice and each time the food has been amazing. I highly recommend the Chicken Sorrentino and any of the meatballs. The pizzas are great too. Great place, great food!

You kidding me? I've been to Italy several times and had great dinner and lunch experiences - The Three Vines Bistro was in all means at least equal, if not better. Absolutely fantastic, authentic Pasta and great service! Uuhh and the Tiramisu is to die for! Hats off guys!

We wanted to try this place because it was different than most Italian restaurants. A meatball bar.... how can you go wrong. We had a flight of meatballs, 5 different kinds. They were awesome. We also tried the fried mozzarella, which was homemade on premises and of course the tiramisu, which was amazing. Definitely would go back! Its in a plaza, off the main strip, which is what we like to do during the track season and it was well worth it. A 10 minute walk from the hotel.
