Probably the only insurance company I've ever seen that could care less if they get your business or not. I had them for over 6 years and they terminated my policy in the blink of an eye because I was late on 1 payment. After 6 years! They also didn't send me notice about my policy until after it was terminated, which defeats the purpose. I found out my policy went under by trying to make a payment on their janky website and not being able to log in. Terrible company. No convenient apps or quality of life features. They were horrible about sending me updated cards too. I switched to Geico and am currently paying below half what these folks charged me for superior coverage. Don't even waste your time.

Stay away from Erie insurance they will take your money and if you make a claim they will tell you how that is not covered. I had two houses insured and another one under construction with special insurance because of the construction and someone broke in and stole the kitchen cabinets and some of my personal tools. I filed a police report and a claim with Erie, they said it was not covered. What good was it to have insurance. I would look somewhere else for any insurance, there’s plenty of other choices.
