It was my first time here, and it was a remarkable experience. The waitress in the photo was very sweet and attentive and cheerful. I got a #1 breakfast plate which includes a couple of eggs, goetta, home fries, and choice of bread. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were done to perfection. I like my home fries to be well grilled, but was afraid if I ordered them that way they might be overdone. They were fried to perfection with diced sweet onions mixed in. Shortly after I ordered I felt a gentle hand on my shoulder. It was my waitress asking if I would mind if an old Army veteran (I found out he was 92) sat with me at my table. She said he liked to talk to people. I like to talk to people and listen as well, so I was glad for the company. He agreed to let me take his picture seen in this review. Before our food came he started singing and dancing with our waitress through the narrow spaces between the rows of tables. After we ate he started singing and dancing with the other waitress all around the restaurant while other diners were smiling and chuckling. I like mom and pop kinds of places, and it doesn't get any more mom and pop than this. Visiting this place isn't just a meal, it's an experience!

Such a cute place. Beware, it's small! You sit really close to other tables. Our food was great! They don't have gluten free bread or pancakes, FYI. Our server was great! They really work as a team to ensure the tables get clean quickly and keep you coffee topped off.

Great breakfast spot! The food was above average, the portions were probably more than most people can eat at one time. Our server, Valerie, was very friendly, she helped with the decision on what to get as this was our first time visiting, she checked in just enough, not so much as to be a bother and she also did not neglect us.
One thing is for sure, if you leave there hungry, it’s your own fault! Enjoy!!

Excellent breakfast choice on the east side of Cincinnati. Poochie's is small but turns tables quickly. We visited on a Sunday around 11am and waited about 15 minutes for a table. I ordered the breakfast sandwich(sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant), my husband had the 3 meat omelette, and we split a pecan waffle. All of the food was delicious and the portions were large for the price. Service was friendly and our food was prepared pretty quickly.

First time and wow you got the Braxton home fries and a waffle. The waffle taste like the best funnel cake you ever had. The Braxton is so good but so feeling. The home fries have to be the best I've ever had they were tender we get crispy and a good flavor. Has a black coffee drinker, you guys have the best drinkable coffee.

This is just a Down Home great place to get some awesome food. It's definitely a very homey and fun restaurant. I got three eggs, goetta, hash browns, and an English muffin with sausage gravy. It was amazing. The service was great. The inside of the restaurant is very pleasing. This is definitely a place you have to check out.

Solid little diner and they have goetta. The Omelettes, pancakes, waffles and burgers are amazing. If your a fan of both goetta and buiscuts and gravy the bradster is to die for. Both cooks Steven and David are excellent at their job and make the absolute best food. All of the serving staff were extremely friendly as well. I highly recommend going here if your in the area.

This was my first time here, and I really don't know what took me so long! The food was great! The biscuits and gravy were almost as good as my dad used to make (nobody can beat his in my mind, though 😅). I had never tried goetta before, and now I know what I've been missing. The croissant of my goetta breakfast sandwich was flaky and slightly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. I know I will be back.

We stopped by here after a backpacking trip and were not disappointed. Even on a VERY busy Sunday morning, the service and food were outstanding. Will be back - thanks again for the great omelet!

Quaint small diner. Delicious bacon cheese burger and garden salad! The breakfast meals I saw others eating looked good too, especially the goetta!

I love restaurants like these! Full parking lot, always a great sign. It's not fancy. Just great food but clean and good. Lauren was a great server! The wait wasn't too long given they were packed. I'm guessing they alway are. I had the goetta LT (GLT). Great! My friend had the Grilled goetta and cheese. It looked great too. So if you're on the east side up by Amelia, drop in and have some good food. I need to go back to try the Bradster (how did I miss that?).

We love this quaint restaurant in Amelia. The charm of an old town meeting house with GREAT FOOD...absolutely love the breakfast and my wife prefers the lunch menu...plus they even have a free meal rewards card. Tried the Bradster for the 1st time absolutely loved it. Goetta & egg over biscuit and gravy. My lovely lady had their Chicken salad sandwich with fries...
Once again great food friendly service...they need a bigger store!

French toast, eggs, and Goetta were fantastic. Our server and the other staff were friendly and seemed to anticipate our needs from the moment we sat down. I would expect to pay much more for this type of overall experience at a restaurant.

This place is a true diner! The service is outstanding, always quick and friendly. The food is reasonably priced, and the portions are HUGE! You can fill up quick here, so be sure to bring your appetite.

Everything is made from scratch. I always get pancakes and goetta, and they are delicious every time. I've had their egg sandwich, waffles, and breakfast bowl/scramble as well and all of them were incredibly good as well.

I recently went for lunch and got the goetta grilled cheese, it was amazing.

It's great to see restaurants like this succeed.
