No shortcuts here! Mr. Herking took the time to review my case, to learn my individual situation and circumstances before recommending a strategy in court. His knowledge of the law, experience, and the ongoing working relationships he has with the Prosecutor and Judge most certainly proved to be important factors in my case for a positive outcome.

He explained all the different scenarios and “what if’s” before making a decision on whether to go to trial or accept a plea offered by the Prosecutor. Mr. Herking was very responsive throughout the entire process by phone or text keeping me up to date on what was to happen next.

He is a very busy attorney but made me feel like I was his only client with his attention to detail in my case.

I highly recommend Rob Herking if you are in need of an experienced, respected, professional attorney.

He's not reliable at all never answers his phone your lucky if he shows up for court,,i know by experience like on 1/17/2024 i had court and he never showed up is office could have called me,,,not good at all

Absolute worst. Guy will promise everything and do nothing in court. Lucky to get him to show up..... and even more lucky if he ever answers the phone. He makes you sign paperwork to get out of answering his phone. Guy is a sham.
