It’s a great dinning experience at the Solevo. The portions are generous, and the staffs are friendly and accommodating.
One of the best lasagna I had in a while! The oyster Rockefeller was just ok. Overall a good Italian meal. Definitely be back to explore more dishes. The chicken scrap was delicious with crispy skin and heavy on spices.

Street parking and lots too. Would definitely recommend to make reservations.

Just spent an AMAZING early evening date wife with my wife at Solevo Kitchen! The food, service, and atmosphere are beyond belief.

I love pasta bolognese, and it was excellent. If you like a completely balanced sauce-this is it. The in house pasta was awesome!

My wife ordered shrimp francese. Her pasta and sauce were both unforgettable too.

We're already planning our next visit!

Food is always great. One of the few restaurants that actually make their own pasta. Making fresh gnocchi is very rare, even when other restaurants claim they do because most people won't know the difference. The gnocchi was very smooth but still firm, I like how they pan seared it too, and the sauce was flavorful and balanced with the sage and other spices.

Classic Italian spot. It was busy on a Tuesday night, but we got seated right away. The service was amazing, the waiter recited a few special items and drinks for the day. The food came out quickly and the portions were HUGE. It would’ve been 3 meals for me. It’s a great place to eat around Saratoga and a classic that’s loved by the locals.

Incredible Italian cuisine with five-star service. The meal starts with fresh bread paired with olive oil, Italian seasonings, and eggplant tapanade. The menu is filled with a wide selection of authentic favorites. The settings is romantic and cozy with attentive professional customer service.

Outdoor seating is a huge plus during the summer! Many gluten-free options available, and they even make their pasta from scratch which is hard to find at any restaurant nowadays.

Easily the best Italian food in Saratoga. Great for a romantic dinner for two or a fun night out with a group.

The food is amazing, I had the Sunday Sauce, while my wife had the Spaghetti with Clams.

The entrees came out piping hot, and the meatballs might be the best I’ve ever had.

The restaurant is a little small, but it’s cozy and has great atmosphere. In the summer they offer outdoor seating on the sidewalk, usually with a large TV so you can watch the remaining horse races if you left the Track early.

Reservations are definitely suggested if you’re planning on going. We went on a chilly Monday evening, even though it’s not track season, the restaurant filled up fast. By the time we got our entrees, they were turning away people at the door without reservations.

The only “issue” I had was the server we had was not the friendliest. Her service was fine, she just seemed a little cold, everyone in our group agreed. That being said, it’s still 5 stars, and I can’t wait to go back!

We discovered Solevo because we both follow JK. How lucky are we! The atmosphere here is insane, crowded and noisy but everyone seems happy to be here! We arrived 15 minutes early and it was packed with seating inside and outside. We made reservations for inside knowing the weather could be iffy. It ended up being 59 degrees so we were glad we chose inside. Our reservations were for seats at the bar but there was only one. A man at the bar graciously offered his seat in about 10 minutes but the host found a high top on the other side of the bar. Samantha was our server and she was friendly and knowledgeable, and shared some of her family’s horse history with us. We ordered the Solevo Spritz and Moscato as the backup in case I didn’t like it. I did not, so RJ drank that, but the Paolo Saracco Moscato d’Asti was so delicious! Samantha went over the specials and we were intrigued by several but knew what we wanted. We started with fried mozzarella which was in a spicy vodka sauce. It was a crispy fried cloud of goodness! The vodka sauce was the best we have ever tasted. There were 3 squares of mozzarella and we were sad when it was gone, we also had some fresh bread with olive tapenade with a kick. RJ ordered the veal chop Parmesan and I ordered lobster pasta. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and incredibly amazing. My lobster was so tender and juicy and the sayces were clearly cooked with care. The portions were huge and we both took half our pasta home. I told Samantha she could dump them into the same box but she laughed and said No! It came back as 2 neatly packed boxes. Samantha went over the desserts and they all sounded good but we decided to wrap it up with one more drink. Solevo was an incredible experience and Samantha was a pleasure.

Solevo is an outstanding Italian restaurant in Saratoga Springs. The highlight of my recent visit was the veal marsala special. The other pictures are chicken parm, and another special, the halibut fra diavolo. Not only was the food great, but the service was as well. Creative cocktails too!

Graci to the entire crew that took care of us! Andy, Logan, Ava and of course Joe 😊 for an absolutely wonderful evening of food, drink and family like atmosphere. Everyone in our party considers themselves an expert in either Italian food, cocktails or wine (or all three) and everyone gave two thumbs up in all categories. Great to see a family owned business that still caters to family and does it with style. Whether you live in Saratoga, are just visiting or are passing through Solevo's must be out on your go to list!

Best scallop dish I’ve ever had. The staff is top notch too, just ask the waitstaff to explain the specials and they will go into detail with preparation, temperature, consistency and ingredients. The food will blow you away. I live in seacoast NH and have never had Italian food this good- let alone a scallop dish. The bolognese was unique and delicious, more pork than what I normally see. The noodles were house made and it was a great balance of salt and savory. The only downfall was we couldn’t sit outside and inside is very loud. Great spot, will not disappoint.

The locals sitting next to us let us know that this is the best Italian restaurant in Saratoga, which is always a good sign!

Made a reservation for 9:45 because it was all they had. Walked in at 9:15 to maybe sit or have a drink at the bar and we were seated right away! Food was so delicious. Eggplant chips are a must try. We also had fresh succulent oysters to start. Then I got the salmon it was so much food and the fish was cooked perfect with a nice crunchy skin. My boyfriend got the pasta and loved it. I tried the pasta it tasted really good. The service was awesome I was a little nervous to go so late but I think it’s the way to go since they’re always so busy. Everything was worth the value.

We are visiting from NYC and our expectations were high given all the reviews — and we are delighted to report that Solevo lives up to the hype and more. We were floored by the quality of food and service at Solevo. It easily rivals some of the best Italian restaurants in NYC, and the prices are very reasonable. Homemade Italian fare, all locally sourced, family-owned. Terrific staff that makes you feel welcome and part of the family. A broad, curated selection of wines and a solid list of cocktails. We ordered the oyster special from the raw bar, the Fra Diavolo for our pasta, and the Chicken Scarpariello...along with a carafe of wine and a filthy dirty martini. This was more than enough for a party of two, so we definitely overdid it! But it was all such a treat and the quality was fantastic. Cannot recommend Solevo enough. We will be back.
