I had such a great experience shopping in here! Anthony and Tania were amazingly helpful and made my shopping experience so much easier and pleasant. Both of them did an excellent job assisting me choosing the best quality products I was looking for and on top of it they gave me a beautifully wrapped fragrance gift. I went to the Copley mall and decided to go into your store. I was greeted warmly and Tanya showed me some lovely fragrances. It's nice to know that gift wrap is an option and I don't have to shove what I buy in my backpack. Tanya made recommendations about lunch and even offered to spray some fragrances and made me a sample. I will be back!

Neiman Marcus Boston has the best cosmetic department of all department stores in Massachusetts! One of the only store that offers my favorite brand - Givenchy Beauty.

The store offers complimentary events on the weekends for their customers such as bottle panting to personalize your own products/ gift and you can enjoy a fun DJ during your shopping. This last weekend was Holly Nicholas’s book lunch “Modern Fashion Illustration”.
Ms Nicholas was presenting live illustrations. She wrote and inspirational message and signed her book for my daughter. This going to be one of her 14th birthday present.

I visited the jewelry department and shoe department. I purchased my favorite lingerie from Chantelle.

The store is very clean and safe to shop even during the pandemic. Everybody wears masks. The associates are nice and the customer service is incredible. They are very personable and helpful.
If you can’t find your product you can pay in the store and the sales associate can order it for you.

This is one of the oldest department stores in Boston.
I highly recommend you to shop in the store.

Tania from the fragrance department was top notch. She helped me and showed me a lot of great fragrances she also told me she’s a licensed esthetician and helped me with an eye cream. She had prices memorized and went over the ingredients I’ll be back.

Amazing customer service by Beauty ambassador Racine-Angel Bell. As soon as we approach the La Mer counter she welcomed me and my friends and answer our questions. She helped me find my perfect tone match for a tinted moisturizer and I ended up buying the product. My two friends liked it on my face so much that they are going back to buy it themselves.

I stopped in while waiting my turn at Louis Vuitton and I've become regular shopper now. I especially love the sales! And I wanted to say thank you to Angier in Ladies Shoes for her top notch customer service. She went out of her way to take care of us!

I’ve only visited this location to return online orders, but each time it is such pleasant and easy experience. The sales associates are all extremely friendly and polite - as well as knowledgeable and efficient. The store is always in immaculate shape too, with everything neatly arranged and in order.

My boyfriend purchased a pair of shoes for me that were a little small. I called and spoke with Dean. He was very friendly over the phone. When I went to exchange them he was EXTREMELY helpful. Giving me some tips when purchasing shoes in the future! He was amazing! Thank you!

Dean is an absolute gem. I was visiting the city for a wedding and had my heart set on purchasing a pair of Christian Louboutins, which aren’t available close to where I live. I had called the store last Friday and asked about setting up some time to come in for a fitting. Dean held the two sizes for me until I was able to come in today, and I couldn’t be happier!

I'm writing based off of my experience with their fragrance department. Hugely helpful and friendly sales staff. More than willing to provide samples of fragrances even if I'm not buying anything that day. Have been there several times and have always been treated well given ample attention.

Definitely the best Neiman Marcus location that I’ve been to! I’ve had sales associates at other locations really push and do anything to make a sale, but not here. In particular I have to recommend an associate named Bob Daly who works in men’s apparel, he’s an honest salesman and a PHENOMENAL guy.

Of course, it's expensive and not an everyday store. But for what it is, it features a friendly staff that's not pushy and attentive. They don't have all the options that you might find at a Neiman Marcus in NY or LA, but what they have is satisfying enough. It's always quiet and is a great place for that special shopping day.
