This is the best insurance agent, they are very professional and they actually care about me… and go out of their way to help me with anything that I needed. I am sure that I will stay with them and will recommend them to any friends and family that is looking for a good insurance agent. I trust them and will give them highest score always! This agent went above and beyond to help me with my policy that they didn't write. My agent had left all state and I was assigned to another agent (Shepard agency in milford). Sheppard said they couldn't help me with my policy's because they didn't write them and all they could do is take my money. So I called Robert nicely and was amazed that this agent could do what ever I needed them to do. Unfortunately I was canceling my policy's because of the cost but Robert nicely agent's was very helpful and informative. I would recommend this agency to everyone.
