I would like to share my experience with this bakery. I ordered a detailed specialized cake for my Moms 80th Birthday from a neighboring Walmart on a Tuesday for the party on Sunday morning. Saturday morning came and I got a text my cake was canceled. Come to find out water main brake issues on Thursday etc. So I was in a panic, I just wanted my cake ready on Sunday. So I called Eastgate Walmart Bakery and was prepared for a full on refusal. But instead, they were cheerful, and anxious to help me out. The lady I spoke with even said they had been getting all the other stores bakery orders since they had been unable to since Thursday. She took all of my preferences down and said they could do it on THAT short of notice. And they went a step above and called me at 6am when it was done, as I requested. The cake was absolutely beautiful, and exactly how i wanted it! Hats off to you all at Eastgate Walmart Bakery! Yall need some extra recognition. Thank you so much for helping give my Mom a very special ❤ 80th Birthday.

Manager there named darryl very disrespectful and talks with an atitude wont be coming to this walmart again.
