Please do yourself a favor, if you enjoy Mexican food, you have to visit this place. As someone who has traveled many times to Mexico, this has been a wonderful tasteful experience. I really recommend this place and Gus made this experience extra special so please ask for him if possible, I guarantee you will enjoy this experience.

We really loved the Viva Mexico Cantina. Got authentic vibes from the place and the food was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They are not trying to hard to get a good feeling from the place but rather focusing on what is important. We had a lovely night out.

Victoria was very friendly, she answered all of our questions we had about the menu and recommended the special. It did not disappoint!!! The food is authentic and everything you could want in true Mexican food.

The food was excellent. The drinks were beautifully presented and were also very good. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I love how they offer a vegetarian menu which has multiple options on it and not just one or two.

Caronarita was soooooooo good best drink I’ve ever had and Lomo de cerdo was good as well good kick to it. Allen the server was really nice & making sure my table got what they wanted

A very pleasant lunch here yesterday . The service was fantastic , (including 3 young kids helping out !) and the food / presentation was of a high standard . Definitely worth a visit !

We went with our 7 year old and it was great! We all loved the flan and each of our entrees. We got the chimichurri, the nachos, and the cheeseburger from the kids menu. Everything was awesome, and the staff was very nice. I also have to mention the flan, because it was amazing! Thank you!

Amazing experience! We got to meet the owners who were also so welcoming and very friendly! I recommend the rancheros nachos and if you’re a big lover of the salsa verde it was so fresh and tasty I highly recommend. This is a staple and I will be back for more!

Loved the street tacos! And Nachos gave me all the yummy feels :). The food was ready fast and fresh which is always a great thing . It’s definitely a must try if you are staying in the downtown area or just looking for a place you eat .

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the mole enchiladas. The flavor was so authentic, rich and divine. It was our first time here, definitely coming back again!!

Stephanie was our server and took care of our needs. She refilled our chips and was very nice. I got the birria tacos and they were good but I would have them without the consume.

Took my wife and son to dinner, the service was friendly, and fast. The food was SO much better than anticipated. It was outstanding and tasted so fresh! This little gem could have the best authentic Mexican food in the state. I highly recommend them!

Great authentic Mexican restaurant with great drinks and a dedicated staff. The food was served fast and cooked to perfection. The owner personally served us and had a vast knowledge of tequila and a passion for customer service.

Best Mexican food I've ever had. A little chilly, but once your food arrives, you warm right up with authentic delicious food. If you're in town, come and try. You won't be disappointed.

Food and service was great. I had a berry mojito and it was bomb. Also had the chicken nachos and birria tacos; all delicious! Alan was attentive and knowledgeable. I wish I had photos :(

I have to say i was blown away by my experience here. I dont normally eat mexican but i figured id give it a shot and i wow is all i can say. to start it off i sat at the bar and spoke to this amazing bartender mishi (i know her name is longer but I cant say it) and ordered the nacho chicken rancheros with street corn and a mango margarita.

i personally wish they used a pinch more salt to match my liking but besides that the chicken was wonderfully season and that margarita had the right amount of kick to it.

i will totally come back again.
