They were most helpful. I woke up to a flat tire and was able to get the tire off and take it to the shop and get a new one at a reasonable prince. I was very satisfied.

Had an issue where tire I bought went flat. They were considerate enough to have me come back in and examine the tire, rim and stem. Seemed to have resolve the issue when they replaced the stem. I appreciate them actually checking things out instead of turning me away saying they only cover tire before driving off the lot like most used tire shops.

These guys rock fast efficient and friendly add three tires changed in under 10 minutes and their prices are really good if you want a tire fixed don't go to Walmart go to J&R Tire and Auto Service in my opinion they are the best in the area

They are amazing I’ve gone to them for years and they are always on point best used tires in Youngstown hands down….. highly recommend if you need a tire for your truck or car they will have it. And for a reasonable price. They are always nice and friendly to me no matter what type of vehicle I’m in… and I never have to get out my car when they do their work….

Mike was also very courteous, informative and pleasant on the phone when I called prior to my visit as well. cheap tires waited about 3 minutes for them to put the rear tires on they dont take they time like the other shops around here
