I spent ayr and a half with my mother in law trying to get her the medical diagnosis we need to properly take care of her in Springfield cox hospital system. It took less then a mth at cmh and doctors at this practice have been a big help. We have been with cmh and this practice for 6 mth with her and yes there are some things that can be improved on,but coming from having to deal with the 6th worst hospital in America for over 20 yr. Cmh is hands down world better. Thank you for listening to us and helping us with my aging mother in law.

I've been a patient with this clinic for over 35 years. I hate to see all of these negative reviews. The doctors and nurses are great!! It's rare to have a group of medical professionals such as these folks who go above and beyond to help people. It is not their fault when things are not to our liking because of hospital policies and rules and regulations of the government and whoever else is charge. We've dealt with a LOT of doctors lately; BFCC is among the best!

I always appreciate the care and compassion that Danielle provides me. No matter how busy things are there it’s as though she has plenty of time to ask how we are and how are kids are as well. Bolivar Family Care you sure have a keeper in her!
I must also give a shout out to all of those that assist with my care too!

Everything went very smoothly today. I'm a new patient to this healthcare system, having just started with Dr. Presley at the Pleasant Hope CMH clinic. Dr. Presley referred me for Lab work today. I arrived on time, and waited less than 5 minutes for my test. Everyone was courteous and even friendly. I continue to be very pleased with my decision to become a part of the CMH network.

I recently started going to Bolivar Family Care because my old provider retired, and I’m so happy I found Doctor Kittle and her nurse Patti. I like a provider/care team that listens and we formulate a plan together, and Doctor Kittle does. Overall as an office everyone I’ve encountered was very polite and receptive. I plan to have Doctor Kittle be my primary care provider for many years to come. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Bolivar Family Care since 2003. Over the years I have seen several of the providers there and most of them have been great! The staff is always friendly and accommodating to the needs of the patients. The facility is always clean, although over the years it has become slightly outdated, the care is superb! I would recommend this clinic and its providers to anyone needing to establish care in the Bolivar/Polk County area! In fact, I have recommended it to many! Keep up the great work BFCC!

Longer waits than expected.

I have been going to Bolivar Family Care for over 5 years. I love my Dr, however, I do not love this office. My dr is an OB as well, so she is usually very hard to get into. But, I don't mind seeing an on call dr. However, there are some dr's I do not care to see. I once waited almost 2 hrs to see an on call dr, for them to spend less than 5 minutes in the room, didn't listen to my concerns, and give me the wrong diagnosis. I returned 3 days later to see a different dr, and he then confirmed the previoius one was wrong.

Multiple times, I have gone in and had just yearly checkups, no diagnosis needed, and also medication renewals. I have had to wait up to a week for dr's or the PA's to actually send in my prescriptions, when they said they were sending it in that afternoon. This is also after calling multiple times, leaving messages with the dr's nurse, as well as the float nurse. Also, any time I call to talk to a nurse, the soonest one has ever returned my call is 3 hrs later, often times later.

My mom has also experienced these issues as well, calling on a Monday for a script renewal, and calling every day of the week until Friday when she demanded she talk to her actual dr and not a nurse. The nurse told her she had sent in the script on Thursday, yet she did not bother to return any of my mom's calls from the entire week and let her know that she could pick up her prescription.

The customer satisfaction is so poor at this office, and I hate it because I love my actual dr. I am seriously considering switching primary care providers, not because of my dr, but because of the office. I haven't decided yet, but the office shouldn't be the reason you choose a dr.

Horrible people. I called in middle of night with sever eye pain and scared and they wouldn’t talk to me. I gave them another chance. I was in sever pain and seen there new physician and she did absolutely nothing for me. She said she was calling in a prescription which she didn’t until hours later after I had left bolivar so I had to send 3 more days in pain. What a doctor.

I’m giving one star for one particular Dr. And that would be Dr.Kittle. I had non stop issues with getting my medication refilled in a timely manner. When I would express my concerns she’d make come in to talk about it or do zoom calls. She was hateful and would withhold my meds til I did what she wanted. The last zoom call she stated she would manage my meds til the new doctor took her place in august that was about a month ago maybe 2 months ago. I’ve not been able to find a new doctor to manage them and psych is booking at the end and first of the year.

Dr. Kittle is not only abusive but negligent as coming off of my medication put me in the hospital. I’ve never had an issue with my relationship with previous primary care doctors but Kittle made it impossible to express my concerns she told me on multiple occasions that I was being “dramatic and ridiculous” I’ve never been bullied by my own doctor. Looking for a resolution as I’ve not had any of my medications in more than a month. This review is mainly for Dr.Kittle alone who will be gone to Nixa in August.
