Was referred by friend/co worker. Dawn got me an appointment within a day or so. Jake was the technician that went and sorted out my AC issue and inspected my unit at home. Everyone I talked to was attentive, pleasant, and easy to talk to. I’ve never had to use a service like this so I had some apprehension going in, but this company did an amazing job of making me comfortable…figuratively and literally.

He was so willing to work with me, my requests, my time frame, my complicated situation, everything!

I had a rough month!
I thought my furnace had went out and had an emergency team from another company (I wont name) come by and told us everything under the sun was wrong with our furnace, took it apart, disposed of "bad" parts. A full Saturday, $125 Emergency fees later, we spent the weekend freezing - the coldest day in january- with nothing fixed, then on monday found out the gas was just shut off!.
Bad news for me NOW - my furnace really was broken because of the previous inspection. I obviously didnt call that crew back!

Luckily, I found these guys! The technician came out and gave me a FREE Estimate!-(no they arent always free, especially in "emergency" time) and instead of trying to nickel and dime me to the highest price, he actually worked with me and my budget. He even let me choose a different brand outside of what they normally carry!_just so I could be CHEAP!-- absolutely wonderful, saved me almost $2,000 when all said and done!..

They are quick with installation, all in 1 day!
I am so thankful for how willing he was to work with my crazy schedule, my millions of emailed questions and requests. He really cared about making ME happy and making sure I got exactly and ONLY what I needed, no overcharges, no hidden fees, even financed me with zero interest for the amount of time I REQUESTED!.

By far they have won a lifetime customer from me!
