I brought a car from there. A 2003 Chevrolet malibu. Very satisfied i have had it for almost two years now, and never had any trouble i just had to get minor things, oil changes, battery etc. But overall good service, and they are very understanding. Highly recommend others to purchase there

I only have it three stars because I haven't actually dealt with them personally. What I have experienced is the business upgrading their look in the neighborhood. That's been very nice to see and they keep the garbage up.

Don't ever! ever! consider them to purchase a car from. Low down dirty sob's. The man never man up and come to the phone when you call to speak with him. Then when you go to lot he is there. He and her speak with two tongues. He tell you one thing and her fat ass say another thing. Their crooks who are selling nice on the outside but shitty underneath the hood vehicles. Then don't wanna do nothing about it. Very very deceiving. They shall reap what they sow believe that.

I'm a vet of the United States navy and the sole provider of my family of 6, I went to castle automotive and put a down payment of $1200 on an Audi quatro, which I had less than 3 weeks when the motor blew and I was left stranded on the side of the road in the freezing cold. I went there on 4 seperate occasions to try to rectify the situation and called and left my number multiple times, I was never contacted once and was given the runaround every single time....was told the person was out sick every single time....days, weeks, months went by only to find out that they keep inquiring about my credit bringing my score lower and lower every single time. Why haven't they inquired about my car instead of my credit??! Don't do business with these scam artists!!

Second time buying from them, great people or i thought, told my hubby to write dwn what all was wrong with my car and they will fix it needless to say they fixed 1 thing and that wasnt even on the list and now i get told we dnt have a mechanic plus paying 6000 for a 04 cavalier n got told i wld be payin 4000.

This place is a joke, my aunt purchased a vehicle 3 months ago through them, they said it came with a three month warranty on the transmission and motor and now that the timing chain went out causing it to need a new motor they’re not complying with the mechanic to fix it. Nor do anything to make it right with my aunt. Don’t go here, seriously a joke!
