We were pleased to choose a realtor recommended by someone we trusted. We were well served in that choice. Over six months before we were ready to list our house for sale we met with Bethany who answered lots of our questions and gave us useful information about the sales process. We had lived in this house since 1978. Selling our house was definitely a process that needed expert advice and that is what we received.

Allison took a lot of the stress off the selling process. She explained things along the way very thoroughly. Allison set up 17 showings in two days and kept us updated on every showing. She helped us accept an offer out of multiple offers. She made sure we got everything done that needed to be done, and kept on top the buyer's lender to ensure a smooth closing. We would recommend Allison Frolo to anyone needing to buy or sell.
One suggestion, DeAnna Realty should change the style of their for sale sign. Multiple people thought it was plain, hard to read, and ugly.

I was paired with Allison Frolo after inquiring about a house via Zillow. Allison made herself available at a moments notice, which is huge during this competitive sellers market!
