Really great coffee! If you want an authentic taste pressed espresso try here! You won't be disappointed. Just passing by and happy I stopped.

This is an adorable little coffee shop inside a vintage house on the edge of the YSU campus. I stopped by for breakfast when I was passing through town and I'm so glad I did. The coffee is delicious, as was the white chocolate strawberry waffle I had. There's seating in two rooms of the ground floor, in what I believe were once the house's living and dining rooms. Additional seating can be found outside on the porch and in the front yard.

I only wish I lived closer so I could spend more time here, especially to try some of the other menu items. The YSU kids have it good.

Definitely wish I was in the area a bit longer to give this place another visit before leaving…. the caramel macchiato was amazing! Didn’t try the baked goodies or breakfast but I’m sure they would have not disappointed. Love the vintage vibes!

A good strawberry banana smoothie was amazing and a bought a Carmel cappuccino for a co-worker and she loved it.

Cozy Cup of coffee, Expresso is ok too. The old Beat remains in tact, YSU students or anyone else passing thru....in for a treat!

My favorite place to get coffee in downtown Youngstown. Located on campus inside of a beautifully renovated old house with lots of character! The waffles are impressive

Relaxing environment nicely redone old house with tasty coffee and good healthy food options. The only complaint was getting a panini wrap with pita chips as opposed to the plain wrap with potato chips that I was pretty sure I ordered.

I went there the first time today and I loved it. The prices aren't bad (which is great since I'm a college student) and the service was fast !
They don't have public WiFi, but if you are a student at YSU you can get a medium to weak connection to the "ysuwireless" network and if you aren't, you can connect to the "YSU_guest" network which also is medium to weak.
The vibe is amazing! It is a house-style building with seating options in different rooms, upstairs too I think (I didn't go up there but I think I saw other patrons do so). The lighting is low and relaxing with folk style music playing, along with some other genres. It was a great and relaxing study environment.

Food is delicious and so are the drinks! They're always super nice here and will help you try something new and tasty if you're unsure what you want! I highly recommend it for a quick bite or a long relaxing conversation over drinks!

Beautiful coffee shop on the Youngstown State campus. They were very friendly and welcoming and the coffee was excellent.

Great Cafe! Really good coffee and food! I especially love the waffles and breakfast sandwiches. Really great service and cleanliness as well. Accepts Pete's Points as well. I've been many times and have never had a bad experience. Unique place with a great decor and food/beverage options.

I love cozy little coffee places. This place checks all the boxes. Good coffee, lots of flavors, interesting menu...yummy in my tummy enjoy a good book kinda place. :)

Great coffee shop and eatery. All of the foods that you expect in a big city coffee shop but a unique offering of great flavor inspired foods. Located in a great old structure full of charm and class makes your coffee and food more than just substance but a relaxing experience. From the quality and selection of their coffee to the high quality of the food they serve you can't go wrong unless you don't go at all. Both locations are equally good.

Fantastic atmosphere, wonderful coffee, excellent service. I highly recommend stopping by in between classes to grab one of their amazing coffees, lattes, or espresso. The kitchen is great as well. Well priced for what you receive there. The waffles are to die for!

Great coffee, tea, smoothies, and food. I’ve loved everything that I’ve tried from here. One of my favorite drinks is the London Fog. The atmosphere is so comfortable and cute!! Great for studying or hanging out. The workers are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend trying if you haven’t!!!

Delightful coffee shop. Good menu including frittatas, sandwiches, and waffles along with full range of coffee drinks. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Spectacular machioto. Espresso is ground fresh, so the aroma of the place was amazing for coffee people. It was so fresh and not searing hot, not to mention it was a pretty solid price. I had also gotten the cinnamon roll, very flakey, gooy, warm and not drowned with icing! (Seriously other places, pump the brakes with the icing). But, what was most enjoyable about my short time there was the service. They are all very knowledgeable about what they do and how they make it. The staff was friendly and very laid back while still being professionals behind the steamer. Extremely pleased, will be returning and bringing others.

WOW! An unexpected little place! The coffee is divine and I had the Nutella Banana Waffle....THE BEST! The food was made to order, fresh, filling, delicious and the staff was friendly, lively and made the experience fun!

I'm not proud about being one of those "Bougie coffee snobs," but I'm here to tell you this shop imPRESSED me! I look forward to our next visit.
