Cochran's Lumber

I have changed my rating to a 5 star as Cochran's Lumber has gone above and beyond our expectations to resolve this issue.

This floor is a new growth heart pine floor milled by Cochrans. At Heisler Hardwood Floors a day installing and sanding hardwood flooring by Cochrans puts a smile on our face.

I had a Special Order Request, and I was expecting, as most companies do today, No that is special order and we do not do Special/Customer order work.
Instead I received, YES, we can do custom special order requests, we would need to see the place and understand the project to give you a quote.
They met me at the place, recorded what they needed to do, confirmed everything. Send me a quote with projected completion date.
The task was completed on time, fit perfectly and along the way all the interactions were very positive and upbeat.
There are still companies that Do what they say, and Cochran's Lumber is one of them.
They are good to their word, you can bank on it.

Cochran is great ... we have some of their furniture, they made beautiful kitchen cabinets out of reclaimed oak fence boards and our floors are old heart pine from their shop. Outstanding all around!
