DIDN'T HELP US DEAL WITH THE IRS WHEN WE GOT AUDITED. We got our taxes done here two years in a row. Everything seemed fine...until we got audited. E.D. Northcutt Accounting Service has not given us ANY support in dealing with the IRS. We called and spoke with our tax preparer as soon as we got the notice, and she told us to email her the information and she'd get back with us. But she never did. She completely ghosted us. No email or phone call back, despite our repeated attempts at communication. Isn't part of why you pay to get your taxes done so that a professional has your back in a situation like this?
