Loved being here as usual. The baristas always remember me even when I haven't been in a while. The banana nut muffin warmed up was phenomenenal and my coffee was fantastic. I love this place so much.

Nice coffee shop in the hotel room. Cortado sure beats drip coffee but not the best in the city. I did enjoy the BEC sandwich. I did enjoy the ambiance!

My sister was getting married in Providence on 12/2. We were staying at the Graduate and the wedding party was getting ready there. I reached out to the café owner, Shana late to request catering. She kindly stated she was able to offer what she had on the café menu. I ordered coffee, decaf coffee, breakfast sandwiches and parfaits. Everything was fantastic. The breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've had. They delivered on time and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had asked the hotel for an ice bucket, but they didn't have one except for the small square cup for ice in the rooms. I asked the café if they had one and the gentleman working was kind enough to go check the restaurant to see if they had one and delivered! All in all food was delicious and I was most impressed by the customer service. Thank you!

This is one of the more spacious cafes I've come across in Providence. It has comfy seating, good music, and Stephen who works at the register is so friendly and helpful when you can't decide what to order. My favorite is the avocado toast and my boyfriend loves the sausage egg and cheese on brioche.

Very on brand atmosphere, coffee roasted through counter culture an excellent balanced espresso. Definitely a step up from the old Starbucks

Not only was the decor beautiful, the place was spotless and the staff was amazing. The food is fresh, flavorful, and their matcha and chai was spot on. I enjoyed each meal I had here, and even grabbed a sandwich for my train ride which held up great.

We enjoyed excellent espresso here. Plus good portion of fresh fruit and blueberry muffin (also good) warmed up . Normal service. Not busy this morning…just for the record we are tourists here and very choosy about coffee!

Large space with big windows on an interesting downtown street (facing a park) & with varied types of comfortable seating. Fare includes standard café items, plus both breakfast & lunchtime sandwiches.
Main omission: frozen (blended-ice) coffee drinks.

When I visited Last Week The service and Hospitality Was Great. The staff were fantastic and The Toasted Marshmallow drink was very good. Point Dexter treats me very well every time I come to this location. I will be returning soon! :)

Had an hour to kill in Providence and wanted to stay close to Kennedy Plaza, and this place was a perfect clean, safe, cozy place for me to sip on a tea and read a book while I waited. The staff was friendly and the tea was delicious (though I can't speak towards their food). I will definitely be coming back!

I recently worked at Poindexter. I have worked as a manager for other establishments., none can compare to the quality of coffee you get here. I gained so much in sight about coffee and how much quality and what makes the difference in a wonderful cup of coffee and food is awesome. Wish it worked out. Best, Paula

I love coming to Poindexter after work because it's a very relaxing place to be at after a long day. I usually get a turkey club which in my opinion is the best thing ever! I get to enjoy my sandwich while sitting on the comfy seats by the window. I would recommend anyone who works nearby to stop by and enjoy the atmosphere.

I go to Poindexter every Friday, as a special treat, for a cafe Moka. Ed is the barrista and, wow, does he know how to brew a delicious drink. They also serve a limited menu and a small selection of craft beers.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches! Great coffee. Funky decor and vibe. I was staying at a neighboring hotel which did not have food service (still closed for COVID reasons). Glad I found Poindexters!

They close at 2:00 PM.

If you are looking for coffee in the late afternoon hours, it may be prudent to call any place before going. A convenience store is close nearby for some caffeinated beverages.
