Spoke with the gentleman at the service desk who was very welcoming and sympathetic to my situation even though he was unable to assist me. He took timeout from what he was attending to to offer me breakfast! This is an example of what customer service should be.

I go there occasionally to do tire work, and let me tell ya. That place can be crazy busy. Yet, you can find help immediately... I like that in my line of work, because more often than not its hard to find help or get pointed in the right direction when your a vendor. So 5 stars for them...
