Parking in and navigating this lot is simple and the location is very convenient to the food shops and theatre, staff is friendly and helpful. There are marked spots for small vehicles and regular spots for any size vehicles, two way directional traffic, and angled parking along the driveways. $14.98 for an 8 hr work day

If I could give a place 0 stars I would here. Parked for a hockey game at the arena about a block away. They were advertising event parking. After the event let out, it took close to 45 min to even get to the exit. Once at the exit they told me it was $88 to park. We had been in the garage for about 7 hours. I have never in my life seen parking more expensive than this, and for a mediocre garage in Providence this is highway robbery.

BEWARE! I’ve parked here for decades. In late September rates increased to $30 . Parked there this past Sunday for a Prov bruins games and their rates are now OFF the CHARTs expensive !!! Cost me $55.00 for 4 hrs. Thats Robbery!! I’ve never paid that much for Boston events let alone Providence! They’ve definitely lost my Biz & good luck getting people to park there at those rates !!

I have been parking in this lot for over 30 years. They recently enforced a new policy where they tell you where to park regardless of the size of your vehicle. So that large vehicles were forced to park in a space for small cars. So a pickup truck with a 8 foot bed was forced to park in a space designated for a small car. This left the pickup truck vulnerable to getting traffic arriving/leaving the garage. When asked about the new policy I was told “We are making good money now so we can afford to do this. If you don’t like it, don’t park here.” So, I am taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do as well. I would no longer recommend this parking garage.
