I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at The Boot Life! My daughter wanted western boots for homecoming and struggles to find the right size and fit everywhere. That all changed when she called The Boot Life and spoke with Ariel! Not only was the place gorgeous and well stocked, but Ariel sat on the floor to help my teen find the exact style, fit and size she needed! The personal attention alone was worth the drive from out of town, and I’m thrilled to say we left with boots! Many thanks and blessings to Ariel and team!❤

The Boot Life is amazing! The employees are great, but the owners are wonderful! I definitely recommend going there to buy cowboy boots, and some nice jeans. They are expensive, but definitely worth the amount of money. They will last awhile.

Great people and a great selection of quality clothes and boots. I'm going to be going back for more clothes. I only found out about this place from Google and it's the best place I've found to shop at. Anyone looking for a great place come here.

The best boot store ever! I have been getting my work boots from this fine establishment for several years now. I am now working in Florida for a few months and was in need of a new pair. I called them up, Chris had my boots in-stock and shipped them to me. I had them in 4 days...that's including the weekend! These are nicest people ever and always on top of things. Highly recommend them, they are by far the best!

I've only used their virtual store as I live in California and not Ohio. I came across the store because they carried a particular work shoes that was somewhat hard to find. Glad I did! Reasonably priced, it was as described, and I received the work shoes in about 2-3 days!! So fast and efficient!!

Garrett was an amazing sales person who took the time to understand my wants and needs out of a boot! He literally spent 2 hours with me getting different shoes and boots from all around the store and having me try them on and walk around in them. He is very knowledgeable about his product, patient with his customers, and passionate about his job. I HIGHLY recommend going here instead of Boot Barn in Ontario!

Listen you guys!! This store has top quality people and customer service! Not only do they greet you like family but they take the time to get to know you and your shopping needs. They are full of ideas and helpful gifting tips. Holly and Chris are fantastic people, but they aren't the only shining stars at The Boot Life, their entire teams works fabulous together. They work to swiftly to cover everyone on your list. Even if that means 2 hours of texting back and forth ;-) Most recently I shopped online and within ONE day I had my items on my doorstep! With a personalized note since I missed that "family" connection of walking through the doors! So happy to shop local with The Boot Life !! 👢

Our company goes through these folks for work footwear. Friendly and helpful. Have other things other than footwear too, like a cool belt I picked up while there.

This is my go to place for work boots, Ariat clothing and buying bench made knives. The staff there are great. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable on all their products.

Just stopped in today and got a pair of metatarsal Wolverine work boots which felt absolutely amazing and my feet and great quality! I have never been to this locally owned shop before, never knew where it was but I'm glad I was referred there from my coworkers. I didn't know we had a boot voucher with this place until they told me. I now know where this place is and the staff they have there is outstanding! They gentleman I had was very knowledgeable with boots and helped me out tremendously! He even told me that we get a 10% discount with them as well as my family so I know I'll definitely be back!

I have found my favorite place to go buy boots. These folks are fantastic. Went to buy one pair of boots and ended up buying two. Prices are good. Selection is awesome. If you love western boots you need to shop here.

Nice place for boots and other gear. I get my company paid work boots here, love shopping local when I can. My wife loves their clothes, she's gotten jeans and dresses here before.

Great staff, too! They even helped with our two children while she tried things on.
