This place seems underrated. Was unusually empty on a Saturday but we had a good time and enjoyed the wings!

Everytime I go here everything is perfect! Down to the food, music, vibes & hookah. The chef is amazing. Everything on the menu never disappoints. You’ll enjoy whatever you get! 10/10 recommended!!

This restaurant and lounge is absolute amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. And my server was very sweet and well experienced. I definitely will be back

Home of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had and really good mojitos! Good vibe for a night out, a lot of Spanish music. Wish they opened earlier as a restaurant before the lounge opened later on but great place nonetheless.

Best place to chill and vibe with your friends their food is delicious my favorite is the churrasco their hookah last long better then any club I’ve been too and service is on point definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for upscale chill vibes

Just wanted to update my review Me and my friends came back here a few Sundays ago and we had a blast! I’m glad I gave them a second chance and I’ll definitely be back in the future! Ambiance food and drinks are amazing and the owner is cool AF!

This place is such a vibe! Me and a couple ladies came Saturday night for Hookah.. Felt like we were treated like VIP! I didnt get our servers name he had on a black hoodie he was very polite and fun! You could tell he was very experience with customer service he made us feel very comfortable and was making us laugh so much! Drinks were super yummy and great food! Such a pleasant surprise, will definitely be coming back for our hookah server!

Been here a couple of times and every time it’s such a vibe. I literally love this place. I come all the way from Boston just to come here and you’ll have a blast. The owner is so sweet and makes sure everyone’s having a good time! Would 1000% recommend this place. They play a mixture of music too.

the best service I’ve ever sxpierencrd at a restaurant. We received our orders minutes after ordering. The staff was quick and alert. They had the best quality hookah I’ve had at a restaurant. Drinks were delicious music was perfect, the best setting to unwind and enjoy great drinks. I’d recommend to anyone who loves upscale dining and lounging !

Real talk I came here on a Monday a few months ago…I was bored in Boston so I drove a hour away to come kick it here..just googled it and thought I’d pull up! Had a blast…the food was fire 🔥🤦🏿‍♂🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤦🏿‍♂..the ambience in here is family oriented..owner even took a shot of 1942 with me which was heavily respected and appreciate..felt like home! Came back a few weeks back to back to show my love and appreciation..if you in Rhode Island or near the surrounding areas you will not be disappointed…make sure y’all stop here and catch a vibe! my first time visiting I was impressed, being from providence I’ve been to several restaurants and lounges with similar offers but I’ve never felt as comfortable as I have at area ! the servers were quick & attentive, the food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. I enjoyed the best hookah I’ve ever had at a restaurant while vibing to good music. Area offers a 1 of 1 vibe & plenty of culture if you’re planning on visiting I would highly recommend !

This place was so fun, a little crowded at one point but nothing to worry about when you have amazing music, Tasty drinks and the absolute best Shrimp Mofongo ever. Hookah And refills were a little pricey but worth it for the smoothness and attention to detail from staff. All in all a great night out at AREA !

Love AREA, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service is always great. The hookah is always bussin’ bussin’. The employees are all awesome and delightful. Security makes you feel very safe and set a amazing experience at the door. Definitely makes me feel comfortable.

This is my go-to place any time I’m out! Very high end vibe, everything feels luxurious. Great music, good security (I’ve never seen even the slightest altercation here), gorgeous seating, beautifully crafted drinks, very friendly and attentive staff, you really can’t find what they provide anywhere else in RI!
