I have been seeing Dr. Amy Branam. I can't say enough about Dr. Branam and her staff. They actually listen to my concerns. I don't feel rushed.

Dr. Patel is a loving, sympathetic, highly skilled, extremely capable physician. She listens carefully and remembers what I said, not just at the current appointment but all prior appointments. Her staff is friendly, very responsive and organized, reflecting Dr. Patel’s warmth and fun character.

Dr Rajvi Patel is outstanding. Vibrant personality, very caring and concerned about overall wellbeing. I find the staff from reception to nursing pleasant and professional. I love that the office doesn't overbook. It makes me feel like my health is important and I am a priority.

I contacted the office last week and was told to see a specialist even though it could take 3 months to get into their office and that my pcp wouldn't do anything for me even though my issue is happening right now, not 3 months from now. I made it clear that I would look for a new specialist and a pcp on my own and asked the office to not contact me again as I didn't wish to continue with their practice since the doctor wasn't taking my concerns seriously. Since that day, they have called me everyday multiple times, sometimes the calls are coming within 5 minutes of eachother. I finally submitted a request to "customer service" and was told what they were doing was acceptable and that they magically found a specialist who could see me next week after originally telling me they didn't have anyone to refer me to. 🤷‍♀ Long story short, look for a different pcp- especially if you are a female of childbearing age.

Dr. Ahmed refuses to listen/help his patients. He is rude and makes it so I’m uncomfortable sharing any info with him. I was told my mental health is apparently a “trend” by a therapist and anytime I try to talk about serious problems they make me feel like worse for speaking up. One of the worst offices I’ve experienced in my 14 years of going to therapy.

I went for an intake with the Behavioral group, and when I met with Dr. Ahmed, right off the bat, he was arrogant, condescending, and made me feel like I was being interrogated in a police station. His whole demeanor and the fact that he was interrogating me like that made me feel extremely scared and unsafe. When I told him that I was feeling attacked, not only did he continue to be condescending and arrogant, he showed me the door. Dr. Ahmed is a poor excuse for a psychiatrist, and I'm seriously considering reporting him to both the state and Medicaid.

I have waited over a month to get medication that I need from them. Everytime I call them to see what is going on, they tell me things that my pharmacy of 25 years supposedly said to them (which they say they haven't, as the proceedure to get my meds has always been consistent), and tell me that the paperwork they sent into my insurance was denied. I called the insurance, and they stated they recieved no such paperworkk.

I have called billing asking for paperwork for my HIPPA rights (as I believe they violited HIPPA guidelines to try to collect a debt), and it has been over a month and I have not received my requested paperwork.

Not only that, the office staff of the Doctor ignores my calls when I am calling in to see what is going on with my medications, as does the billing department.

I would not go here if it was the only doctor service in a two hour drive radius. They are not worth your time.

Note: it is now 105 days since the start of my trials with them. I no longer can get meds I needed because of the behaviour of their doctors and nursing staff, and they have yet to send me my HIPPA rights.
