Farmers Insurance - Sonia Vazquez-Garcia

I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. Everybody is friendly and helpful, especially Sonia and her sister.

I have to say this is the best experience i ever have specifically when it comes on tax season. Sonia is a big help !

never answers your calls it’s always her secretary that answer your calls and takes messages after many attempts to talk to her only to say you have to come in for a simple question. When u do go they make u wait more than an hour to see you evan with appointment very disappointed with the way this office works.

Really horrible service. Sonia is the only person who can make adjustments to your policy, but she has people working there who are not licensed who leave notes for her to make adjustments.

This is the worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with. I've called 4 times for them to pay for a customer's car and they will not reply. The number listed is a cell phone and answered by hello? Not even the name of the business. Shady people it sounds like

Este local/oficina o como gusten llamarle ofrece diversos servicios como
seguro de autos farmers,
servico de preparacion de impuestos ademas de servicios notariales/notario y pago de registracion. Lo que no le dicen al cliente es que los precios que cobran por sus servicios son terriblente excesivos comparados con otros lugares similares, por ejemplo hace algunos años atras Sonia Vasquez la gerente y dueña de este negocio cobraba $80 por la forma larga de declaracion de impuestos, ahora unos años despues esta cobrando hasta $180 por la misma forma mas del doble eso es lo que considero realmente abusivo! Ademas si usas tarjeta de credito te agregan $2 dolares mas por transacción y si pides una copia extra de tu declaracion de impuestos te cobran $10 por copia realmente un abuso descarado. Otra cosa que tambien es molesta es que sonia siempre tiene a sus empleadas inventando escusas para no permitirte hablar con ella directamente eso es a lo que llamo una atencion pesima al cliente.

Si quieren un consejo busquen otras opciones, les aseguro que si hacen eso primero se ahorraran un monton de dinero!

Customers beware! This place besides being a farmer insurance office also offers tax return services among other services but beware the service here is terrible! "Sonia Vasquez" the manager at this place is supposedly always busy and cant never attend you in person or at least thats the excuses her employees are trained to use when you contact them/ also the price for preparing your tax return has gone from an acceptable price to an insanely expensive one just to give you an idea a few years ago Sonia used to charge $80 for the long tax form now sonia has double the price to $180 and if you use a credit card to pay they also charge you a $2 fee thats what I call a rip off! Also if you need an extra copy of your tax return they charge $10.00 that is just greedy and horrible customer service

My advice: before going to this place look for other options there are plenty of places from where you can pay less for the same quality service insurance/tax services/notary or registration services

Follow my advise and you'll save a ton of money
