Renee is awesome. She has been my insurance agent for more than 10 years back to when I started driving. Insurance is a different language to me and Renee has been a lifesaver. She has helped me interpret what different policies mean and recommend what is best for me. She has been my agent since I started driving and still is after I’m married and have a kid. She has always answered the phone when I’ve called or sent me a text when she’s on the other line to let me know and gotten back to me within 15 minutes at the most.
Renee has never let me down from being a literal child to being a parent and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for insurance if all kinds.
In a world of “I need it now” Renee has done above and beyond what any reasonable could expect to provide the best service possible.

Within the last month I have reach out to Renee over 5 times to make changes to my existing polices with State Farm. Not only have she been very responsive and patience, but she gives me her personal attention (answering the phone prior to office hours). I have been with her office for over year and half with nothing but great customer service. Couldn't ask for a better insurance agent here in Tracy, CA. I highly recommend her office.

Renee started out as my agent 10 years ago when she lived in the Aptos area. And even though she is now 2.5 hours away from me, I still get all the attention needed like she is still just up hwy 1and 8 minutes away from me! She has never failed me in times of need! State away from her! I called her numerous times to reach her, never gone through. Then, I had to call state farm customer service to talk about my account, and the rep was able to get a hold of her just like in a second. The rep was then able to transfer me to her, and during the talk with her (not even a minute), she asked “Can I call you back? I’m on a different line. I actually have 3 lines right now.” Wow, why would you pick it up and tell your client that you would call them back? And why would you pick up the rep call but not the client call? And why would you have 3 lines running at one? Meaning you put the other 2 on hold to speak to 1? That’s so rude. Very disappointed
