Can't say enough about Malone. Our condo has been using them for about a year and they've always come through with both big and small projects. Their plumbers are professional, friendly and they do great work. They are reliable, honest and their prices are fair. Eric & Jarrell just finished a large job for us and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them as a company you can trust.

I had the best experience with Malone plumbing. My hot water was out and they not only gave me the best price around but the office and service professionals are impeccable. Jarell and Andy came out. They were knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything they repaired and how it worked. They are amazing with pets!! Jarell even helped my elderly mother bring in her garbage can. What can I say. I had a broken cold water pipe under my mobile home. It's about 80+ degrees and super humid and it's Saturday. I called more than 25 plumbers. No one would come out. Some wouldn't even work on a mobile home. God Bless and hat's off to Malone Plumbing. They called back, first off and then someone came about an hour later. I have running water!!!!! Jarell got under my place where it was all muddy and he had to remove rotted wet wood. Oh and there were bees.
He fixed it! Not an easy task... believe me. Kudos to Jarell and Malone Plumbing. Can't say enough about this company. Bless you all! :)

I've had great experiences with Malone at two properties, from boiler maintenance to gas pipe installation to troubleshooting a leak. They have been professional, prompt, and up-front about their pricing. I appreciate that they bill by 1/4hr so I only pay for the time they are here. They are always working efficiently when they are on site. I've been impressed with them and had no recurring issues with their work. After years of cursing the plumbers i worked with i am very happy to have found them.

As a homeowner and landlord, I have used Malone Plumbing several times over the years. Each time they have been courteous, professional, and honest. Before even describing your problem, they tell you their rates and the baseline of how much the visit will be. While other plumbers I've used had a 1 hour minimum with 30-60 minute increments, Malone has a 30 minute minimum with 15 minute increments, meaning if they do a job for 1 hour and 7 minutes, you're paying for 1 hour and 15 minutes instead of 1 and a half hours.

Their transparency and honesty is what keeps my business. They do the job quickly and with the minimum parts needed, if any parts are needed at all. They make sure they do the job right the first time, verifying with the customer that everything is working correctly, and are well-trained for any job, big or small.

I had two small leaks and someone from Malone Plumbing was here within 30 minutes of taking the call even though it was NOT an emergency. He was kind, professional, clean and quick. I will definitely call again should I have need of a plumber.

We had Malone plumbing do 3 jobs for us. One to run a gas pipe and install gas logs to a new wood burning fireplace insert, add pitch and fix a leaking pipe in the basement and to replace a mixing valve in one of the upstairs showers.
