Food was amazing. I got the avocado toast and macaroons were DELICIOUS! I also got the matcha iced and that was amazing.

The customer service is great as well, they will help you out for any inconvenience. I forgot to ask the two ladies working Sunday afternoon their names because they were lovely. They also bring your food to the table, didn’t know that, but I loved it.

Atmosphere is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. Also, food presentation is fancy!!

Overall 10/10!

Open and light space with a great vibe and music playing. Good brekki bowl and coffee. Nice way to take in the morning.

A small cafe that serves big taste. They have fresh baked pastry, fresh made salads to go. Yogurts and much more.
Especially recommended is their tiramisu.
Oh, and of course, they serve coffee.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is friendly. Just so you know, if you’re awkward like me, they will bring your food to your seat if you dine in.

The food itself is very tasty; the flavor combination of the savory toast with fried egg goes well. I usually eat anything with egg with either hot sauce or mustard, but the balsamic glaze and herbs were all that were needed. I will note, I expected the sweet potatoes to be in more of a spread, but they were larger (tender) chunks. It just made the toast a little heftier than I expected, but it still tasted great.

Stopped in for an afternoon cold drink. Got the iced vanilla matcha with almond milk. It was great. My partner got the dragonfruit coconut latte refresher. She liked it.

Prices could be considered a bit high for what you get, but overall a very good experience. The employees were both very warm and helpful and open to conversation. (I was curious as to the Australian background or theme. Turns out the owner just likes Australia.)

Glad we came.

Yum! Yum! Yum! We came to Providence for a couple hours to say we'd been to Rhode Island and stumbled upon this place. We feel so lucky and wish we could visit this place often! We got the sweet toast and avocado toast. The sweet toast had the perfect sweetness without going overboard (and I'm picky about sweet) and the avocado toast with the local R.I. fried egg was so fresh and yummy! Like straight from the farm! Man, next time I'm nearby, I'll be heading to this place!

Lovely little cafe right across from the train station. There’s a bright, cheery atmosphere about this place and the staff really exemplify that. Very friendly and personable in my experience. I just happened to stop in and grab a chai latte (which was fantastic), but the prepared food items in the cooler and the sandwiches on the menu looked delicious. The presentation of the dishes is superb, definitely focuses on that more than most cafes I’ve been to. The prices aren’t cheap, especially for some of the food items, but they’re not that far out of line with what you’ll find elsewhere downtown. Looking forward to coming back and exploring their menu!

Really great ambience. The avocado toast and brekkie bowl are top favourites. Don't miss the freshly squeezed juices. Great location in central Federal Hill neighborhood, and less than a 5 minute walk away from the Providence Amtrak station.

Brilliant coffee and food from here, with exceptional service. I was visiting from Sydney, Australia for work- and after 3 weeks across America, this was by far the best service and food I've encountered in a cafe. It was like being home, without any pretension. Just kindness and good vibes!

Beautiful and cozy atmosphere with delicious food. We really enjoyed our meal here, it wasn't too busy but had steady groups of people coming in. Food came out fast and the presentation of the food was great as well. Would highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Coffee is great. I'm always happy to see places that have sit down cups and mugs. The people are always friendly and take great pleasure in client-interaction. The baristas take pride in their work, which is so nice to see.

Sydney is not a place to go for a cheap cup of coffee, but is a terrific and unique visit for anyone near downtown Providence.

Expect to be able to find both espresso and coffee staples as well as a couple of imaginative and well-crafted seasonable beverages. The fact that they serve locally-made kombucha is a nice side-benefit, as well. Despite the coffee shop aesthetic, Sydney boasts (a limited selection of) food of surprising quality and detail. The breakfast sandwiches, bowls, and roasts are all filling and delicious, and their rotating sandwiches and salads make for convenient grab-and-go lunch options.

One last tip: try the macarons (after allowing them to warm to room temperature)

Just amazing.

Illy coffee is served here. I enjoy bringing father in law here to have a relaxing brunch and coffee. Try their Bolo breakfast sandwich. I eat only halal so I replaced the pork by another egg. It was PERFECT!!

The owner is very friendly and very caring for everyone.

Since we were for half of the day in Providence and based on my research on google and yelp, this place had the best reviews. So we decided to give a try, we like breakfast food with nice presentation and Sydney has it! Clean, bright place with friendly staff. Pricey? Yes... but I guess that what you nowadays for a good taste. I got avocado toast with salmon, $12.95, tea or coffee no matter what size $3.75

Sydney Providence seriously has the best dark chocolate mocha I’ve ever had. I was so excited that they had coconut milk as an option for us non-dairy coffee lovers. The decor was very inviting and the staff was friendly and efficient. We visited mid-afternoon and there were plenty of places to sit and relax to get away from the cold weather. I also appreciate that they have self-serve water because I always want a little something to drink after my espresso beverage.
