You don't always know what you're walking into when you go into a Boost store but this one is fantastic! Doors open at 8 and they really were open, very clean with lots of phone options, very friendly professional manager/owner perhaps. He was willing to negotiate a bit and it was excellent!

The gals that worked there were SOOO sweet.
And super helpful. I was back and forth with customer service for nearly FOUR hours, so I decided to pop into a Boost store instead. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the customer service idiots had no idea what was wrong with my phone.

Lol, I even let her upsell me on a case (I didn't need) just because she was so sweet and helpful.

Employee that served me on Sunday was prompt and professional. Glad to see that Boost is finally moving off of the Sprint network. They even offer a new plan on AT&T's network!

Best service in town

The girls working in the store are giving your information to their boyfriends so they can finance a phone under your plan. They get the phone for about 40 bucks and the rest is left on your bill..They however left a huge mistake. They're currently being investigated. Beware of going to this store to do anything. I'm sure they wont be working their anymore soon and most likely will be prosecuted but until the investigation is completed stay away. Wow what a mistake I have made, this comment was actually supposed to be placed under the Cranston st boost mobile....I'm going to change my rating for the inconvience to this store. Anyone reading thist stay away from the Cranston st store
