The food was so good! Our waitress was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly!Everything we got was very good. There was a train that went around the ceiling and the kids also loved it. We went on Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t super busy.

We went for the first time Sunady at 12:45 for lunch (quiet which we love). We used their parking / valet in the back. We were seated in the bar area with Zach. He was a phenomenal waiter and welcomed us for our first visit with samples of their famous 100 year old recipes. The stewed veal and peppers is one of the top 5 dishes I've ever eaten. My wife ordered the chicken parm over fettuccine. Excellent service, extremely clean, and professionalism from every member of the staff. Zach recommended some homemade cheesy garlic bread for my veal and peppers, which I got. I opted for that and the dish to be over some fresh in-house pasta. We are hooked and will definitely be back.

Longtime establishment on Federal Hill that has a more family friendly feel to it than many of the other places on Atwells, not to mention it’s cheaper too. They have a good selection of both food and drink options, with traditional Italian favorites mixed in with more modern choices. I had the pastine soup and the baked ziti. Both were simple but delicious. Service was also great, I sat at the bar (which is a bit secluded from the main dining area, part of why it feels more family friendly) and the bartender did a great job during a bit of a rush. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a more casual spot that still has great food.

100 out of 10, was amazing 😍. The bar area was away from kids and the food was to die for. They even gave us samples of the special of the night. We left full but not overly full. It is definitely a place we are coming back to. If I could give more stars I would.

Angelo's is legit! Old school, mom and pop Italian restaurant with an old world feel. Owned within the same family since its opening, it has a traditional, homemade feel but a modernized menu. Run, don't walk!

Great food at a more affordable price than many Italian eateries. A little old-timey, with a cute coin-operated train above the main dining area (funds go to the children’s hospital). Some of the best eggplant I’ve ever had, and my wife declared the lasagna the best one she’s ever had. The spritz flights were fun and perfect for summer!

First time trying Angelo’s for restaurant week. Don’t often leave reviews but I feel that when you have an excellent meal with incredible service, I had to. We sat at the bar and was served by Zach. The food was absolutely delicious and Zach and his bar staff were the epitome of professionalism. Would 100% recommend.

Such a charming antique restaurant. We went for an early lunch when it wasn't busy. Booth was so comfortable and private. Staff was helpful but not hovering, and very kind and professional. Food was delicious! Classic Italian dishes done excellently. Will be back.

My go-to place whenever I visit Providence; this Old School Family owned Federal Hill Institution never lets me down! The (R.I. style) Calamari was delicious and the Chicken Parm is some of THE BEST I've had anywhere! (And I'm a Chicken Parm guy). You can feel the History of generations of diners in the Classic old school Interior of this great place. Staff were all super Friendly and accommodating as always. For a smaller City, the Italian Food in Providence gives BOS; NY; NJ & Philly areal run for their money! Definitely recommend and will be back on my next visit to PRI. Cheer's 🍻

I'd give them six stars if I could. This is the best dining experience we've had in at least a year!
They are the most welcoming family and the food was amazing.
(The meatballs and the spicy vodka sauce are not to be missed)!

We're definitely coming back soon!

Angelo's like me has been around for a long time.
We both have evolved and I believe we are both at the top of our games.
One of my favorite places to go when in the area.
Great food, excellent service at a reasonable price: winning strategy to keep people coming back.

The place has been around for 95 years. They are doing it right. The meatball and French fries just work together so well. The braciole is tender and the egg noodles with the red "gravy" is just right. The staff just add to this old school charm.

This restaurant has been around for a long time and it is easy to see why. They serve great Italian food at a very reasonable price in the heart of Federal Hill. The staff is great and it has a nice atmosphere so it is well worth a visit.

Just pacing through town and wanted Italian food while in Federal Hill. Angelo's did not disappoint. The food and service were excellent. Zach took care of us. It was a pleasure talking with him. Wish I was a local, I would be a regular.
