She is amazing. Spends time with me, listening to my concerns and never rushes me out the door.

45 minutes behind scheduled appt and had us come early so waited an hour to be seen. Then they didnt even have a changing table in the bathroom so I had to change our 1 year old on the ground....

Understaffed, snippy, and slllllloooooowwwwww. I’ve already contacted your support team and they were not interested nor helpful, so any messages asking me to contact you are moot.

Dr. Anne Severson is the most incompetent doctor I've ever encountered. She strikes me as the kind of person who merely passed all of her classes in med school with a passing D grade... certainly not the top of her class in any way. Not knowledgeable with basic skin conditions. When I asked her about a concern I had, she merely looked at it and guessed what it might be, rather than doing any cultures or tests. The medicine she prescribed, by the way, didn't work. No surprise.

She doesn't seem to know her profession very well at all, opting to offer "natural home remedies" rather than diagnosing the condition and prescribing a treatment that will work. If If wanted a home remedy, I would have stayed at home and diagnosed myself on Google!

She also dresses unprofessionally, which isn't a big deal in and of itself, but when you realize how incompetent she is, her way of dressing just makes it appear like she doesn't want to be there and doesn't even care.

A low rate doctor at best, not even suitable for a free, walk-in clinic.
