Staff are very helpful. Great variety of products and fairly easy to find. Wonderful hardware store that is off the beaten path with wonderful staff! Keep up the good work!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't have what I needed and explained how the items I needed were going to be hard to find anywhere. They took the time to write the items part numbers down to make it easier for me to find them at other places. I will definitely go back.

I prefer here over the big stores. Ace has nearly everything I need, with vastly better parking, access, staff knowledge, and ease of shopping.

Very happy with the customer service here. They are always asking to help, and provide quality feedback on projects etc. I appreciate them even saying, to not buy the more expensive item since I probably don't need it. :)

The general manager, Kyle, is super friendly and knowledgeable on the tools. Store is neat and organized.

This is a new Ace hardware in Greenville. It's the first time we visited it. They have a lot of stuff in there including the Christmas lights I was looking for, which by the way everybody else was out of. So if what you're looking for is not at Walmart or Menards or Home Depot check your Ace hardware. 👍😁
