Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The Rhode Island Roto-Rooter team was very quick to act to my needs and sent over a very helpful and super qualified plumber who explained what needed to be done and provided us with an accurate quote before beginning to work. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and we have had no problems since.

Victor was excellent. Got to my house within an hour and cleaned up before he left. Professional and polite start to finish. Good man 👍🏻 good company.

I had my plumbing worked on today by two different RR professionals, actually three. James T and his coworker completely redid my kitchen sink and they asked Nicholas L to come and resnake it. There had been an unsuccessful attempt at line cleaning on January 4th although I have no complaints about it. It now works very well, better than for years. This is an approx 65 year old house with mostly original plumbing. Wonder job and well worth the cost.

The entire roto-team was awesome. They were professionally polite and efficient. Repairs were made exactly as stated prior, both for the timing and procedures done. They handled every obstacle that came along with ease.
Once the job was completed, the cleanup was also perfect, as well as explanations of the repairs. Appreciate their work.

Lamar spent a significant amount of time fixing the problem in my house (sludge in my pipe… gross) and didn’t leave till he had reviewed everything with me and cleaned up meticulously, even though it was very late once he was done.

We had a great experience with RotoRooter. They came to our rescue on NY Eve day and were able, after doing some scoping, figure what the issue was and then recommend a solution. They were professional and courteous. We would use them again, but hopefully we won’t have to any time soon!

Miguel did such a great job! Very informative, was very calm and kind when we asked multiple questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained twice a couple of times when needed. He was very VERY good and if I could give more than 5 stars I would, 10/10 recommend!

The RR repair man Ryan was extremely professional & knowledgeable. Ryan identified the problem and was able to remedy the situation. He was courteous & polite. I would definitely request him in the future.

Lemar and Justin were great! Very polite, professional and Showed up on a FRIDAY night. They explained what they were going to do and gave me suggestions for future to help it from happening again. Cleaned out years of debris and roots from the line. So excited to not have to worry about basement flooding tonight.

This is the second time RotoRooter has come rapidly and found a major problem that had it gone unnoticed would have been disastrous. They found tree roots growing into my sewage drainage pipe so it’s going to be a big repair but they did a very very thorough job and also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I’ll use them for any plumbing/water emergency, even if they’re maybe more expensive they’re the best!

Life savers. Called at 5PM with an emergency drainage problem that could not wait to be fixed and they were at the door to fix my problem within the hour. Super friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you for being available when I needed it.

James was excellent in his politeness, professional manner, and persistence in resolving our issue. He explained everything and answered all questions providing suggestions for avoiding future issues. Very pricey but spent over 2 hours and persisted until the job was complete! Thank you, James!

The five stars represent the technician performance only. Service was very good. The price, however, was outrageous. Will not recommend or use Roto-Rooter in the future.

Charles from roto rooter went above and beyond for us tonight. He came out to the call around 7:30 pm and didn’t leave until 11:30. For hours he did everything he could to help us with the clog in our main drain line without cutting access despite us telling him it was alright, and afterwards when he did have to cut access he was able to clear the clog soon after. This was anything but an easy or fun day at work but he was nothing but professional and kind throughout the entire process

Joe was excellent. He was knowledable,organized, and very efficient. I would recommend him to others. I would call him if I needed help again.
