I am so passionate about their shoes. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming and really provide high quality service. The shoe selection is amazing and you won’t find more comfortable and attractive casual shoes. Highly highly recommend.

Tremendous customer service. Had a challenge with a pair of shoes I purchased, and the team could not have been more accommodating. I wish more people took this kind of care.

Comfort of the wool shoes lives up to the hype. Store can be a little hectic with everyone running around, but the layout is done well and the staff and really responsive and knowledgeable about their products.

At the time all shoes of all models and colors were $90 which seems like a great deal. Time will tell how they stand up durability wise.

Looking forward to see what other sustainable products/designs they come out with

Fantastic associates & customer service! They answered a lot of questions my mom and I had regarding the insoles and which shoes fit narrow feet better.

Jen and Isabelle at this store are the true model of the retail-customer experience. I've been an Allbirds customer for half a decade now, and interactions like the one I had with them are the reason why. There was a particular shoe in a particular color that I was really set on that was sold out just about everywhere, but they got on the phone for me and secured just the pair that I wanted. I had also shared that I was having a bit of a rough day, and that inspired each of them to work a little harder on my behalf (and one of them was at the very end of her shift, no less). Their work brightened what had been a very difficult day for me up to that point, and they both deserve a raise!

I had the best experience! I'm in town for business and forgot my comfy sneakers. The staff fixed me right up and I wore them out the store

Great experience at Allbirds Back Bay! I stopped by today to purchase a pair of sneakers I saw on their website. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Julia who assisted me with my purchase. The entire experience/purchase was quick & easy! Julia was so friendly. The storefront is bright and inviting. And most importantly, the runners I got are SO comfortable!! Yay!

I got the trail running shoes which turns out fabolous for walking as well. Suits me fine. Makes me wanna try other model when i am around.

The staff at this Allbirds store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Alvarez has great sneakers and walking shoes of all types. In addition to comfort, they have many styles to choose from! They are the most comfortable shoes and sneakers I have ever worn! To date, I own eight pairs!

This is such an excellent shoestore with a really great selection of products. The staff did an excellent job and helping me find the right pair of shoes and I'm really grateful for the help. It's also in a good location, close to other shops and dining. It is my hope that Allbirds is successful and can keep their stores open. The product is simple but it's sustainable and has a good lifespan.

Lovely store, super nice staff. Free laces!) Bought my pair of wool sneakers and am very happy with them. I went up half a size, and they fit quite well. I don't even need my orthopedic insoles, which is quite amazing. Wish they had half sizes though, because some of the models just didn't fit no matter which full size I tried. Also they have colors on display that are not in stock - wish they were! Otherwise, great experience.

I was keen on getting some new shoes and after talking to the staff I knew I wanted Allbirds. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and appreciated.

Good people selling incredible shoes. Went on an 18 hour long road trip in a manual sedan and my feet never hurt or got hot. After the trip they were so easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Always have a great retail shopping experience here. These shoes are game changers. They have to be the most comfy shoes I've ever had. The fact that they are made with consideration of of environment is just a great bonus. I received my first two pairs as gifts from my kids, and the next two pairs I treated myself. I love the product and have only high praises for their store's retail staff. I'm kind of glad they're located far from home for me, as I might go crazy and buy way too many pairs!

Loved the store. Everyone was so friendly. I bought a pair and then bought 2 more for my son and grandson. This was two months ago and these the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Going back for a second pair soon!

Staff is very friendly and very willing to help you find what you need. Will help fit you to the shoe you want, no matter the style. They allow you to try anything on, and will help check you out right afterwards as well. The shoes are on the medium price range, but the quality is pretty superb. Once you put one of these shoes on you probably won't want to take them back off. They're very soft and comfortable, because they're more form fitting. The style of shoe can be slightly odd for any sport activity, but you would usually not wear these types of shoes for athletic wear anyways.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They were out of stock of the specific shoe and size I wanted, and one staff member called several other stores across the country trying to track some down. Comfortable, quality shoes as well.

The staff of this particular store is super nice and helpful. I love this brand since shoes are not stretching in the top toe area

Ordered another two pairs of Allbirds for my wife and me. This time we got The Tree Pipers (grey for me, white for her). All I can say is that I love them!!! They are so comfortable, and look great. I wanted to especially thank Nick in the Boston store, for helping me with my order. Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and got my order out the same day. Nick is a true example of a person who loves what he does. Allbirds should be proud to have someone like Nick representing their company. Keep up the great job Nick.

Update. After receiving my grey Tree Pipers yesterday morning, and finding out how much I loved them, I ordered another pair of Tree Pipers, this time the blue ones. I believe I spoke to Emily, who just like Nick was a tremendous help. Emily took my order my order around 1pm and received my shoes less than 24 hours later!!! Now that's customer service!!! Keep up the good work Emily and Nick!!!

I’m sharing this review on behalf of my mom.

Yesterday my mother and I visited the All Birds store in Newbury Street in Boston. My mom is handicapped by late stage disease and is in a wheel chair and also suffers from memory loss and general confusion/delirium due to her medicines. Anyways, A.B. went above and beyond to accommodate us. They let us access the store via the back alley way elevator and wheeled us through the stock room to the front of the store. The woman who assisted us, long brown hair, probably 30 or so, was so kind and patient. My mom tried on several pairs of shoes and sizes and kept mixing up the colors and sizes, to which the woman kindly and gently explained which pair my mom had on over and over again. She then helped us select socks that would be good for my mom swollen feet and also showed us the underwear styles. This probably took 30-45 minutes, and at the end they even carried her bags and wheel chair down the stairs as I walked my mom down.

I really can’t thank All Birds and the woman who helped us enough. We were already big fans of your products, but this experience only strengthened our loyalty to your brand. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and helpfulness and for making a challenging shopping experience much less stressful and smooth sailing.
