Providence GPub

A basement bar in Providence RI. It has many seats and fairly large menu. There was something for me to have too as I am pescatarian, some bars have nothing for me to have. We ordered many food and they were all good. Having some game machines (not loud) billiards table and other. I enjoyed the stay.

We were looking for a place to eat near the PPAC that would be close to parking and the show. We found this gem of a place. You walk down the stairs into a fun place to eat. We liked the way Providence GPub is set up. My brother started with the Clili-Cheese Tater Tots. Just the right amount cheese and chili. My wife and I each a cup of the House Made Chili. A very hearty chili with a good amount of beef and beans. Flavor was very good. For dinner, my with had the Sesame-Ginger Chicken Salad. There was plenty of chicken and the flavor was excellent. My brother had the fish and chips, can't go wrong with that meal. I had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Club. Very tasty seasoning with excellent fries. Our server was very pleasant. All in all a very good time at the GPub. I would recommend this location if you are in the area for a show at the PPAC.

This place stays open till 1am. I was in Providence for the first time and didn't want to get to bed too early.
Spent a relaxing Thursday night with a colleague having drinks and really fresh all things bagel pretzels and dip till midnight

My experience at G Pub was great. This is a place I come often with my friends The food is good portions and the atmosphere is a fun place to be. Our server Jill was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire lunch

Last night was my first and definitely not my last visit to Providence GPub. The drinks were amazing, the food (especially the nachos) was delicious, and the atmosphere is so cool. This is the perfect place to go to if you're seeing a show at PPAC, it's within walking distance! No need to worry about parking twice. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a fun place to go out with the girls and I have to say we loved it! This was a hidden gem. The atmosphere was just as great as the food!!! Our group loved the salmon and the everything bagel pretzel bites. Never mind our server Amanda was lovely!!! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate all our needs. 10/10 will be back soon.

Needed a place to watch the Friars game. Took a chance here. Great food and atmosphere, but the true gems of this place are Jill and Meghan behind the bar. Jill can mix a drink that’s pure art, and suggested just the right menu items, and Meghan is all about making you smile, feel welcome, and valued as a patron. Definitely on my short list of favorite places in Providence.

Amanda was our server and she absolutely amazing during our time in the G Pub. We were out with friends and totally not in a hurry to look at any of the menus so she gave us some time to review and brought high energy to the table during each stop. She also recommended a beer that would pair well with the Cubano I ordered. Food was exceptional and bar area was clean, modern and sleek. While the arcade principle was cool to see felt like it cheapened a beautiful speak easy feeling Pub.

I've been to G Pub multiple times for dinner (or sometimes just drinks) before seeing a show at PPAC. The atmosphere is great and the staff is top notch. I was there again tonight and everyone we interacted with was wonderful. The crispy chicken handheld was delicious, and I also highly recommend the short rib entree. I've never had a disappointing meal or experience. I highly recommend checking it out.

Had a great Friday night visit. We were a large party of 9 with 3 young kids and they were so welcoming. The manager gave us free cards for the arcade games for the kids and our server Jill was so thoughtful and proactive with bringing sippy cups for the kids - and keeping our adult drinks filled as well! A great place to spend an evening, will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I went on a Tuesday evening. She got the grain bowl, which she just told me "had a lot of flavor and wasn't too dry, like others can be, and I really liked it". (So, it was good.) I got the burger with the fried pickles on it. It was also good. (I'm not as descriptive with food as she is.) We also got the fried pickles; they were, as you may be able to ascertain...also good.

Our server, Jen, was kind, courteous, personable, and went way over and above for us, especially with our belongings when we went to participate in the Tournament Tuesday activities. The same could be said for Kevin, the manager, who answered the many questions I had about Tournament Tuesday, as well as some other things. He, too, was kind and personable, as well as informative. (Not that Jen wasn't; she was as well; they were knowledgable about different things, is my point.)

My girlfriend enjoyed the night so much that, at the end of it, she became my fiancee. (This actually happened, though I don't think I can credit GPub too much for this. Our experience didn't push things over-the-top for her. She was already going to say yes; but the evening did provide the opportunity.)

We hosted our Awards Banquet here and it was awesome! The staff were extremely friendly and Kaden was amazing and always available for anything we needed. Thank you!

The short ribs were DELICIOUS, so tender and juicy!

I highly recommend GPub for any events!

Came in for an after brunch cocktail or two Atmosphere was very inviting and out bartender's attentiveness was even more so. I appreciated Meghans honesty and her recommendation of Violet Martini was delightful. We will definitely be returning soon!

Kevin took our reservation for party of 6, last minute because we forgot to make it. David was out server & was awesome! He made sure our drinks were perfect! We had 4 burgers, cooked to perfection and 2 salads with chicken add ins. Nice flavor and plentiful. We're in town for a concert at PPAC. From now on, when we're in town, G-PUB IT IS! Thank you for treating us right! A+++++

Everything we ordered was delicious from the queso to fish and chips. Great beer menu too. Our server David was knowledgeable and friendly and he made sure we were comfortable and kept our drinks filled. Kudos to him! Great hire G! We need more David’s in the world. Give that man a raise!

Kendra and Adam were a great tag team during the two sports event we came to watch.
Service was awesome and somehow the beer selection was great in comparison! Love to come here on a weekend day and relax. Fun family atmosphere and a cool little game room for the fans.

We had an event here and everything was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The manager Kaden was always happy to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, the event went off really smoothly and we would definitely be a booking future events at GPub in the future.

Came here to watch the Providence men’s basketball game and had a great time! The drinks were great and the food was also awesome, I recommend getting the chocolate cake as dessert! Amanda is the best waitress!

We had Marleny as our waitress and she was awesome. Very attentive, personable, and a delight to chat with. Everything was brought out with great timing and food was great. We would come back just for her!

Really nice experience. Good vibes. Had Jillian as a server. Was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come again. She made my experience all the more better!
