Had an appointment with the sleep clinic for my Sleep Apnea and the receptionist was very polite and knew why I was there and the doctors were very knowledgeable about my health condition.

This place gives horrible treatment to their patients. My dad was admitted here and was neglected. He was not given any food for over 19 hours even after his surgery. We could not even contact his nurse and were told to wait for 1-2 hours to call back because the nurse was "busy" and "unavailable" multiple times. He was not even allowed access to his phone and we only recieved details from my dad from the hospital phone.
PLEASE DON'T EVER GO HERE!

Absolutely horrifying. The standard of care was shocking and exceptionally poor, with only one or two staff members seeming to care or have any patient care knowledge. From the panic to misreading pulse as O2 sats to the missing call bell to the completely unresponsive staff to waiting 3 1/2 hours for discharge because the pharmacy had to bring up regular strength Tylenol, this unit is seriously compromised. I understand that people use Covid as a blanket excuse for everything healthcare related right now, but in twenty years of nursing, I have never witnessed such ineptitude or such poor patient care. I pray for those who don't have family members to advocate for them. I would never place another family member in this unit for any reason.
