12/10 experience with Dr. Cosmo and his team. Nearly 4 years after completing Invisalign, my teeth are still perfectly straight. I just went in to get a new retainer and Dr. Cosmo made sure I left happy with the fit, and even gave me a new type of retainer to try out (which is very comfortable). You can tell how much this office appreciates their patients and you will receive a lifetime of top-notch care. It’s not a money grab like some other teeth straightening options on the market. I’m forever grateful for my experience here - and I’ll keep coming back for my retainers! :) Thank you for helping my smile.

I am really happy with my result with the Invisalign. I have no more gap. I can smile 😁without being insecure. Dr. Cosmo and his staff are very pleasant to deal with starting from the front desk to the back office.

Dr. Cosmo is the best. He takes the time to provide excellent treatment, connects with his patients, is gentle, and provides the Dental Pain Eraser to all of his patients. This amazing device helps with any discomfort during treatment.

I had my braces for 3 years and it transformed my teeth and they look amazing now and it took a lot of work and time but it was definitely worth it. I love my smile

Completely in love with my result! I had a huge overbite which was told plenty of times that the only way to correct would be by removing 4 teeth. I really didn’t want to remove any, but we did brace anyways! & let me tell you a huge percentage of my overbite was reduce. So thankful for the work they have done and listening to me when mentioned I really didn’t want to remove any teeth! Definitely would recommend. Front staff is aways amazing & very accommodating! I totally recommend it. Excellent services and very fair. I am very happy with the results; and it was in a short period. I had gone to another office, and they told me that the time for the treatment was 2 years, and they were ridicule expensive.
I'm glad that I found Cranston Orthodontics. They fixed my teeth not in in two years (as the former said) but about 10 months. and the price was fair.

All the staff is incredibly nice and they are very attentive to any questions. Easy to make appointments and change them.

The staff here are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and so does the environment. The music and movies in the back are cool little things that help too. Dr. Cosmo is funny guy that gets the job done. I just got my braces off today, glad it was done here.
