Cobblestone Car Wash

Always go here first the vacuums which are great on their own. Decided to get a cheap car wash since I had my son because he loves going through. The manager was wonderful when he found this out and gave us the upgraded was for free and some lollipops. My son was so excited about all of the colors and it made my day! Will definitely keep going back!

Best car wash I have ever been too. The customer service here is amazing. David Lambert is very helpful. Definitely a guy who helps when he can. The car wash gets my car clean every visit. And the vacuums are excellent

David Lambert was EXTREMELY helpful and went out of his way to manually wash my floormats as they don't have a machine that is available to the public. His co-worker Adam followed up with me to make sure my visit was pleasant and asked if I needed any further assistance. WAY TO GO COBBLESTONE CAR WASH! You have star power and great employees!

I drive out of my way for this car wash! Last time I was there, a power outage just happened, and there was a slight wait. The guys working there were SO nice and patient and professional!! I feel it's so rare that an employee anywhere can keep it together or be nice, let alone when there are issues! Their happy attitudes during a stressful moment was so refreshing it caused me to write this review!!

Mr. Lambert is very knowledgeable and friendly, easy to talk to and above all he recognizes me and the wife and goes out of his way to welcome us to the cobblestone location

Adam the G.M customer service was excellent. He came out in rain to assist, made sure I had towels and gave me cleaning wipes for the inside of my car.

We always come back to this car wash because it’s always friendly and the customer service is always top notch. The ground is always picked up from trash and overall a good place to clean your car.

I just wanted to say this car wash had absolutely amazing service and the quality of their service was absolutely amazing. I feel like honestly there have been such amazing improvements in this place since the new general manager has been working there. She's really sweet and super informative. I drive a Challenger and it doesn't seem to fit in their track ... I called to cancel my subscription then sent an email with no response. I liked the in person customer service and the free vacuums 😊

Edited: Don't follow the protocol of sending an email to cancel. Just go in person. I did that today and they resolved it right away.

David Lambert did a great job! He explained the different plans, etc....very friendly and helpful!

The vacuums are the “suckiest” in town and that’s a good thing. Haha! Cleaned my carpets so well!!! The place is so organized and clean! The actual car wash so thorough. My car looks amazing!!! The damp towels for cleaning the inside are brilliant! My new fav place! You should give it a try!
