I had a mechanical watch repaired by Scott Rogers, of Rogers Jewelers. I felt welcome when I walked in, and was consulted professionally about the issue with my watch, the cost for repair, and the predicted time it would take to complete. I am quite happy with the repair, my watch performs as it did when I first purchased it. The experience with Rogers Jewelers was what I desired - intelligent consultation, quick repair, fair price, kind welcoming service, and a professional result. I will be using Rogers Jewelers for my future needs.

I’ve taken numerous pieces of jewelry here over the past few years - my grandmas pearls for restringing, an heirloom engagement ring, etc. Always exceptional, careful repairs at very reasonable prices. They also have a lovely, unique selection of jewelry for sale!

I have brought two watches to have repaired. One just needed a battery and the other needed some TLC (another watch store told me it was beyond repair). This place fixed both watches quickly and very reasonably priced. Great service!

What an amazing experience! It's very hard to find honest work in the jewerly trade.this man took care of my fiance and I! I went here to replace two batteries in two watches and he checked them and only one needed to be replaced the other only needed a small repair! He cleaned and set them.. highly recommend for any jewerly repairs..also amazing customer service!!! 5 stars most definitely!!!

Incredible. Located at Downtown. The owner is very nice. He replaced my watch battery and cleaned it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
